Mulai dari tempat strategis, fasilitas yang lengkap, keamanan dan kenyamanan yang terhamin, hingga kesesuaian harga dan service yang diberikan sangat memuaskan!
I stayed for one month at this place. I give five stars because indeed Halif Guest House deserves it. Starting from a strategic place, complete facilities, guaranteed safety and comfort, to the suitability of the price and the service provided is very satisfying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi saya udah beberapa hari di sini ambil yg bulanan. Tempatnya enak dan aesthetic, bangunannya baru, bersih, kamar mandi dalam plus water heater, ACnya dingin. Kamarnya fully furnished dengan isian lemari, kasur, meja belajar ama kursinya, dan TV. WiFi cukup lancar untuk youtube atau netflix. Ada mesin cuci gede yg bisa dipake buat umum, ada air minum gratis plus dispenser jadi bisa panas/dingin, dan ada juga dapur umum yg ga perlu mikir biaya gas. Lebihnya lagi, tempat ini full CCTV jadi ngerasa aman tinggal di sini. Belum lagi penjaganya baik banget. Dengan harga bulanan Rp1,500,000 (exclude listrik) worth it banget nge kos disini.
So I've been here for a few days taking the monthly one. The place is nice and aesthetic, the building is new, clean, the bathroom is inside plus a water heater, the air conditioner is cold. The rooms are fully furnished with wardrobe, mattress, study table and chairs, and TV. WiFi is smooth enough for YouTube or Netflix. There is a large washing machine that can be used by the public, there is free drinking water plus a dispenser so it can be hot/cold, and there is also a public kitchen that doesn't have to think about gas costs. What's more, this place is full of CCTV so it feels safe to stay here. Not to mention the guards are very good. With a monthly price of IDR 1,500,000 (excluding electricity) it's really worth the cost here.
