Sebaiknya dibuatkan petunjuk dan informasi yang lengkap dan jelas untuk setiap proses dan prosedur pengurusan-pengurusan yang menjadi bagian atau kewenangan dari instansi kelurahan terkait. Atau mengingat sekarang sudah zaman nya serba internet sebaiknya disediakan web untuk instansi keluharan dimaksud. Sebagai contoh ketika saya ingin mencari tata letak atau posisi kelurahan melalui aplikasi maps ternyata sangat berbeda lokasi nya.
Good service. Cleanliness of facilities and infrastructure must. Should be created instructions and clear and complete information for every process and procedure-handling arrangements that are part of the agency or authority related villages. Or considering that now is the era of the all-round internet should be provided a web for the relevant agencies concerned. For example, when I want to find the layout or position of the village through the maps application it turns out that the location is very different.
