★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kami menginap disini pas dihari Lebaran dan setelahnya dengan harga 6.5 juta untuk 2 malam. Villa yg mengesankan ketika pertama kali masuk. Tersedia 3 kamar dengan bed besar dan 2 kamar dengan single bed. Dilengkapi dengan kolam renang pribadi dan halaman dibelakang. Villa ini memiliki 2 orang pelayan laki2 yg sigap dan ramah. Untuk mencari makanan lumayan mudah karena banyak resto disekitar area villa (depan villa terdapat restoran kepiting cak Gundul). Fasilitas memasak pun cukup lengkap disediakan. Kami mendapat breakfast gudeg Yu jum dihari pertama dan nasi uduk Palagan dihari kedua.
Sayangnya perawatan tidak cukup baik. Banyak kayu2 yg sudah lapuk. Air mampat dikamar mandi. Gagang pintu lepas. Paku2 di lantai sekitar kolam renang timbul keatas. Kasurnya pun cukup keras.
Dihari terakhir kami menginap, air di villa mati dan untungnya pemilik cepat tanggap.
Semoga ada sedikit renovasi dan peningkatan maintenance agar Villa ini tetap nyaman.

 We stayed here on the day of Eid and thereafter at a price of 6.5 million for 2 nights. Impressive villa when you first entered. There are 3 rooms with large beds and 2 rooms with single beds. Equipped with a private pool and a backyard. This villa has 2 friendly and alert male servants. To find food is quite easy because there are many restaurants around the villa area (in front of the villa there is a Gundul cak crab restaurant). Complete cooking facilities are provided. We got breakfast Gudeg Yu on the first day and nasi uduk Palagan on the second day.
Unfortunately maintenance is not good enough. Lots of rotten wood. Compressed water in the bathroom. The door handle came off. Nails on the floor around the pool raised upwards. The mattress is quite hard.
On the last day we stayed, the water in the villa died and fortunately the owner was quick to respond.
Hopefully there will be a little renovation and maintenance improvement so that this Villa remains comfortable.
