★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to chit chat and eat dimsum. We ordered : siewmay, hakau, many bapao, tofu skin, egg tart, chinese tea. The best is the dessert. I like the lime jelly and longan. The best dimsum I eat. Will recommend my friends to come here. Superb ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on our way to another dim sum eating place at the same block but decided to stop by and give it a try. Service is slow, thought they might be short staffed due to eid holiday but read few reviews that also complaining about the service.
Cha siew cheong fen's filling is a bit over salted and the cheong fen texture is Q enough but too thick.
Sesame balls with salted egg filling... too bad the skin does not match the tasty filling. The skin quite crispy but not chewy.
I like their phoenix claw, using black pepper.
And 1 thing i like the most is that their filling is still fresh juicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Not coming back. The food they served is not fresh and inconsistent compared to their competitors nearby.
The dim sum taste very standard and a bit tasteless. The speed of service is good, the place is clean and well spaced. Best part, they have CHILLI OIL. So, if you want healthy (less salt) and economical dim sum, this may be the one to go choice in Muara Karang area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not crowded and looks clean and the ambiance is quite relaxing unlike other dimsum place. The food is ok. The dumplings are good, pork shumai is really good and the telur asin buncis is very delicious. This is also one of the few dimsum restaurants that has available chili garlic oil for dumplings but you have to request for it since they're not giving it right away. The chicken noodle soup with milk base soup tasted really good as well. The only food that I didn't like is the sechuan chicken. It does not tasted bad but the chicken they used is the part where there are many small bones. It's like eating fish with so many scattered bones. I don't know if it's a traditional thing using that part of chicken but it's not helpful in having good meal. Also the serving time for main dishes takes a long time. This one has great potential and I hope they will improve more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eaten at Hao Bao three times in total. I genuinely like having dimsum here. Their place is very clean and they provide excellent service. The waiters are very nice and humble as well.
Some of my favorite dimsum dishes at HaoBao are onde durian, cheong fun, eggtart, xiao long bao and phoenix claws (chicken feet).
Their fried kwetiaw is a must-have dish, it's really really good. I am not exaggerating, it's really that good.
I didn't take many pictures this afternoon. Will add more when I visit it next time.
