★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natural rainforest with cool and very fresh air. Perfect getaway from the hectic city. The road from the JungleFest is the best route with very little traffic, but careful because it is a narrow road with very steep inclination and hairpin turn. You must be a very good driver or rider to take the road. Also choose weekday not weekend because traffic is less and you can enjoy the beautiful padi fields along the road. Up there are so many waterfall you can choose. From easy to hike or hardest and longer one hardly to choose which one to reach. If you bring elder people and kids I suggest the easiest curug to reach, curug Ciherang which only 5 minutes from the road. Other options are best for younger people's. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a good place and recommended tourist attraction to visit. The view is so amazing and so refreshing. There are many waterfalls you can choose to refresh your mind and body. The most famous and tallest waterfall here is "Curug Cigamea". You must visit this waterfall if you plan to go here.
There are also a lot of villas and rooms to rent if you plan to stay for a day or two with price ranging from 400K rupiahs to 4 million and above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is magical. A forest with so many waterfalls to visit. My favorite pick is Curug Ngumpet 2 and Balong Endah.
To reach Curug Ngumpet 2 required a 10 minutes walk along the river. The facilities surrounding includes public washrooms, musholla and local warung. Entrance ticket is IDR 10k per person + IDR 5k for motorbike parking.
Continue your walk another 20 mins climbing up the trail is the beautiful nature's pool, Balong Endah. Surrounded by lush greeneries, with 3 small waterfalls flowing down to each pool. You wouldn't want to leave this place so soon. Peaceful and mind refreshing.
I suggest to visit Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak during weekdays NEVER on weekends.
