★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg cukup baik dalam pelayanan,, Terima kasih atas pelayanan selama ini,, saya sudah 2 kali menunggu ibu saya yg di rawat di sini, pelayanan cukup baik, perawatan, dokter dan semua karyawan sangat baik dalam pelayanan, emang disini bisa di bilang mahal, (ada harga ada kualitas kak) jangan lupa di sini tdk bisa melayani pembayaran yg dari pemerintah jadi harus bayar sendiri, jika ingin pakai surat gratis (yg bayar pemerintah) ke tempat lain ya kka
The clinic is quite good in service, Thank you for the service so far, I have waited 2 times for my mother to be treated here, the service is quite good, the treatment, doctors and all employees are very good in service, indeed here can be said to be expensive , (there is a price, there is quality sis) don't forget that here you can't serve payments from the government so you have to pay yourself, if you want to use free mail (which pays the government) to another place, ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respect sama dokter jaga malam ini (24/10/18), ada dua dokter jaga yg saya mksd yg gak pake jas putih (saya gak ngeh lihat name tag nya)
kecewa sih sama dokter jaga nya, tidak mau pegang pasien, tidak ramah, tidak membuat pasien nyaman,.
jadi gimana? palpasi, auskultasi, anamnesa, dan advice yg baik sama sekali saya tidak dapat. semoga kedepannya dokter tersebut bisa banyak belajar dan klinik gumuk walik bisa memperbaiki layanannya. sesama tenaga medis (saya juga dokter btw) saya merasa kasihan sama pasien pasien yg dapat perlakuan sama seperti saya. terimakasih
No respect to the attending doctor tonight (10/24/18), there are two doctors on duty who I have that don't use white coats (I don't see the name tag)
I'm disappointed at the doctor on duty, don't want to hold the patient, are not friendly, don't make the patient comfortable ,.
So, how is it? palpation, auscultation, history taking, and good advice at all. Hopefully in the future the doctor can learn a lot and the Walik Gum Clinic can improve its services. fellow medical personnel (I am also a doctor btw) I feel sorry for patients patients who can be treated the same as me. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Perawatnya jutek, tidak ramah dan tidak menyenangkan. Dokter juga tidak ramah, kelihatan seperti tidak serius dalam memeriksa dan asal memberikan obat. Di kala pandemi memang menggunakan APD tapi sangat terganggu dengan salah satu perawat yg senggak senggruk karena pilek. Total biaya terbilang mahal, harga obat tidak seberapa tapi administasi & biaya dokter lebih dari 50 ribu.
Disappointed with the service. The nurse is dirty, unfriendly and unpleasant. The doctor is also unfriendly, seems like he is not serious in examining and just giving drugs. During a pandemic, I used PPE but I was very annoyed by one of the nurses who was coughing because of a cold. The total cost is quite expensive, the price of the drug is insignificant, but administration & doctor fees are more than 50 thousand.
