Sy datang sudah hampir 2 jam tanya” ke lokasi ga ada yg take care oper sana sini,sampai saya datang ke lobby mercure sblmnya sy tlpn org tsb bilang silahkan dtng saja skrg. receptionist hanya menjawab : “di tunggu saja yah bu, semoga dia bisa turun” ! Ini memberi jawaban tanpa kepastian. Benar2 mengecewakan.Sy ini mau sewa bukan mau minta gratis!
At the beginning, I contacted the sales marketing, just read it. I came for almost 2 hours asking "to the location no one took care of the operatives here and there, until I came to the Mercure lobby beforehand, the person said please come by now. the receptionist only replied: "just wait, ma'am, I hope he can come down"! It gives an answer without certainty. Really disappointing. I want to rent, not want to ask for free!
