★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan di toko yg di PIK parah bngt, mbak nya ga tau produk samasekali. Masih jarak 1 jam dari tutup toko, mbak nya lebih milih sapu2 toko ga ladenin client. Bener2 ketahuan bngt ga di training dan ga puny standar. Beda banget dari mbak2 yg di PIM, tau produk dan dr awal sampe selese jelasin ke kita. Mother care barangnya jauh lebih mahal ya daripada beli di toko laen/online, client klo kesana ga di service ngpaen client bayar lebih mahal utk barang yg sama persis, please be smart ya
 The service at the shop at PIK is really bad, sis doesn't know the product at all. It's still 1 hour away from the shop closing, Ms. prefers shop sweeps not to serve clients. It's really been discovered that they have not been trained and have no standards. It's very different from the ladies at PIM, they know the product and explain it to us from start to finish. Mother care, the goods are much more expensive than buying at other/online stores, the client if there is not serviced, why does the client pay more for the exact same item, please be smart
