★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya di janjikan dg customer servis yg bernama Fandi katanya estimasi 10 hari udah bisa serah terima mobil ini udah 12 hari sampai sekarang saya belum dapat info untuk serah terima mobil dr customer servis/dan dari aplikasi grabcar driver saya.padahal saya udah transfer deposit sebesar 650rb saya masih belum puas dg jawaban dr customer servis yg bernama Fandi tolong kinerja nya di perbaiki jangan lambat seperti ini sistem grab car sahabat rental kalau saya udah serah terima mobil saya ganti bintang 5 dan saya hapus comennya silahkan di baca screenshot saya terimakasih ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampai bulan desember 2020 akun grab car saya masih jalan tetapi susah sekali untuk mendapatkan order sehingga sangat sulit untuk menutup cicilan padahal angsuran cuma tinggal 10x angsuran lagi dari total angsuran 48x.
samapai akhirnya di bulan februari 2021 angsuran nunggak 4 bulan dan tidak ada alasan apapun mobil harus di tarik dan harus dilunasi jika unit di ambil kembali.
Sejak saat itu akun grab car saya istirahat total karena tidak ada unit, melalui grab car sahabat rental mudah mudahan menjadi jembatan untuk saya bisa kembali jalan dan sebelumnya saya ucapkan terima kasih buat sahabat rental grab car, mudah mudahan pula saya bisa bergabung disini.

until finally in February 2021 the installments were 4 months in arrears and there was no reason whatsoever the car had to be towed and had to be paid off if the unit was taken back.
