Supir saya kena pasal 287 (pelanggaran lampu merah), yang sebenarnya termasuk pelanggaran ringan.
Namun dengan biro jasa ini bukannya membantu, malah langsung dikenakan denda maksimum Rp. 500 ribu + 150 ribu (biaya jasa) = 650 ribu.
Saya lsg google dan pelajarin dan ternyata urus sendiri jauh lebih murah, dan akhirnya kami mengurus langsung ke kejaksaan dan hanya membayar 250ribu.
Karena sebenrnya ditulis 500rb atau pidana 3 bulan adalah hukuman maksimum.
Artinya biro jasa ini berusaha mengambil untung 250ribu + 150rb = 400rb!
Untung sy lsg cancel. Sangat tidak rekomen. Berusaha meraup untung dari konsumen. Bisnis seperti ini tidak akan bertahan lama karena akan kehilangan kepercayaan konsumen!
