loket 1 : serahkan BPKB, STNK, eKTP dan verifikasi data
loket 2 : bayar pajak (jumlah terlihat di display/screen)
ga sampe ? 5 menit beres ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas weekday sepi ya gan....jadi bisa cepet kelar tuh, buat yg ga mau lama2 di Samsat ya...dari gate masuk belok kanan lalu ke depan gedung Samsat, untuk motor di sebelah kiri tenda Samsat Pajak Motor lewat gang kecil ada petunjuknya...yg mobil sebelah kanan, nanti ada loketnya tinggal siapkan BPKB, KTP, dan STNK asli...inget ya cuma buat pajak tahunan dan kendaraan yg dipajaki harus dibawa ya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas dateng buat pembayaran BPKB mobil di Samsat drive-thru Senin pagi 08.30, ternyata area drive-thru sedang dipakai untuk pelatihan, jadi gerbang ditutup tanpa ada pemberitahuan apa-apa.
Inisiatif turun dari mobil tanya salah satu petugas secara baik-baik malah dijawab ketus, "Ya udah cari drive-thru lain aja sana."
Akhirnya masuk cari loket dan transaksi manual. Untung tidak terlalu ramai dan lama.
