★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For daily goods it has many of it, not too crowded and not that hard to find parking spots. It's located in place where traffic always happened, it's easy to notice this building from normal road. It's clean inside but sometimes people do littering and no one argue with that. 3stars is best way to describe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old school place, once was really good with alot of great tenants,now is just like a semi "pasar". Needs alot of work done & hopefully a new management to make it better & more modern. It's a shame because the place is so strategic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been quiet here since the pandemic. the parking lot is very wide, the parking lot is rarely full. there is a food court and fun city. The supermarket is also clean and the service is good^^
