★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka konsisten tiap hari, hasilnya rapi, bersih & bisa antar jemput.. sudah 1 tahun loundry disini dibandingkan dengan loundryan laen yg pernah saya coba ini yg lebih memuaskan ..
 Open consistently every day, the results are neat, clean & can be picked up ... it has been 1 year loundry here compared to other loundries that I have tried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service nya jelek, sering di kirim ke cabang entahlah dimana. Sehingga barang selalu lama di proses sampai 4 hari (edited) sekarang jadi 5-6 hari untuk reguler nya saja bertolak belakang dengan namanya fast & Hygene laundry. Kérésék saja harus minta, padahal sebelumnya kita bawa kresek.
The service is bad, often sent to the branch somewhere. So that the items are always processed for up to 4 days (edited) now so 5-6 days for regular is just the opposite of the name fast & Hygene laundry. Kérésék just has to ask, whereas before we brought the crackle.

Beberapa kali baju istri saya hilang... sebenernya maklum sih karena kiloan ya tapi yang bikin kecewa ditanyain gk pernah ada yang tanggung jawab ato paling gak usaha cari baju-baju itu... maaf aja ya akhirnya kami pindah mending di laundry deket rumah lebih murah dan baju gak hilang ato gampang lecek warna seperti di laundry ini
It used to be pretty good, now it's not clean and long. Several times my wife's clothes are gone ... actually it's understandable because of the pounds, but what makes me disappointed to be asked, is there no responsibility or at least try to find those clothes ... sorry, finally we moved in the laundry near the house more cheap and the clothes are not lost or are easily colored as in this laundry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kalo cuci baju, selalu kurasnya gak bersih. kalo pake baju/kemeja hitam trus keringetan, langsung jadi ada bercak putih-putihnya karna di sini nyucinya ga bersih, masih sisa sabun. selain itu beberapa baju putih gw jadi ada bercak2 unggu gitu, rusak dah. mereka gak mau tanggung jawab. cuma bilang kalo kiloan gak bakal mereka pisah2, harus satuan. artinya kalo kiloan mereka nyuci gak pake otak, langsung aja segambreng.
banyak baju, celana dalem, kaos kaki gw yang ilang gak balik2 di sini. trus kalo lo complain, mereka gak mau tanggung jawab.
jelek banget dah ni tempat, harusnya tutup dari dulu. kerjaannya ngerusak/ngilangin baju orang mulu. sekali dua kali gw biarin sih, tiap kali gw complain jawabnya ngawur mulu. tapi ini udah berkali2 kaya gini. sama sekali gak recommend.
if washing clothes, always drain it is not clean. if you use a shirt / black shirt then dry it, immediately it will have white and white spots because here it is not clean, still the rest of the soap. besides that some white clothes I have so there are specks of waiting, broken already. they don't want responsibility. just say if they don't want them to separate, it must be a unit. meaning that if they wash they don't use the brain, just go as fast as possible.
lots of clothes, palace pants, my socks are really not back here. then if you complain, they don't want responsibility.
really bad place, it should close from the first. the work damaged / lost the clothes of the old people. once or twice I let it be, every time I complain the answer is inconsequential first. but this has been rich many times. not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk ukuran laundry kiloan harganya termasuk mahal 10rb per kg, tapi kualitas hasil laundry masi lecek dan tidak harum. Baju hilang dan komplain tidak pernah ada yg merespon. Mending tempat lain saja
For the size of the kilo laundry, the price includes an expensive 10 thousand per kg, but the quality of the laundry results are still crumpled and not fragrant. Missing clothes and complaints no one ever responded. Mending just another place

Laundryan reguler di janjikan 2 hari malah mau lewat 4 hari! DAN DENGAN ENTENG NYA DISURUH LAUNDRY KE EXPRESS!! MEMANG MAU NIPU YA GITU!!
Dan mereka gak pernah mau MINTA MAAF SAMA CUSTOMER NYA!!
REALLY BAD!!

Regular laundry is promised 2 days instead of going past 4 days! AND WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT, IT WAS ALREADY BY LAUNDRY TO EXPRESS !! WHAT YOU WANT TO PLEASE YES
And they never want to ASK HIS SAME CUSTOMER SORRY !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst laundry I've ever encountered. I just move to Jakarta for a month and within that period, I always do laundry at this kiosk. In 4 times laundry, I LOST 2 OF MY SHIRT. The worst part is, THEY NEVER SAID APOLOGY, and do nothing to look for my shirt.
