Satu-satunya laundry yang selalu buka tiap hari, tidak kayak laundry-laundry lain yang suka tutup tiba2 padahal baju masi disana dan saya butuh. Harga 9rb per kilo, agak lebih mahal daripada yg dekat sini, tapi worth it banget karena kualitasnya toppp. Baju selalu wangi sampai sore, setrikaan juga rapi. Bakal jadi langganan
The only laundry that is always open every day, not like other laundry that likes to close suddenly even though clothes are still there and I need them. Price of 9 thousand per kilo, somewhat more expensive than those near here, but worth it really because the quality is toppp. Clothes always smell good until the afternoon, the iron is also neat. Will be a subscription

Kecewa berat. Menaikkan harga tapi service turun. Charge 22ribu per kilo seharusnya ekspress tapi mereka kirim besok harinya, 24 jam. 22 ribu per kilo harga yang cukup mahal, ditambah lagi hasil laundry tidak terlalu bersih. Nggak lagi-lagi laundry di sini.
Very disappointed. Increase prices but service drops. Charge 22 thousand per kilo should be express but they send it the next day, 24 hours. 22 thousand per kilo, the price is quite expensive, plus the results of laundry are not too clean. No more laundry here.

Just want to share my experience. Kecewa banget banget banget laundry disini. Padahal langganan dari 1 juni 2021. Sekali ada kesalahan bajuku hilang dan baru sadar 1 bln kemudian. Aku sadar diri gak komplain krn itu salahku. Lalu 7 Maret 2022 laundry di sini, 1 dress hilang dan 1 celana hilang. Kenapa bisa bilang gitu? karna aku catat setiap pcs baju yang akan di laundry. Ketika laundry selesai tgl 9 Maret 2022 dan dikirim ke tempatku, aku langsung hitung malam harinya krn aku baru selesai kerja malam sekitar jam 8 malam dan langsung pulang dan langsung cek laundry. Tada! tgl 10 Maretnya diinfo dari admin WA, benar kan ada 1 dressnya ketemu, tapi syg bgt 1 celananya gak ketemu. Inget banget itu satu set sama baju biru seperti foto yg aku lampirkan. Karna itu satu set dan di laundry berbarengan kok bisa ilang? di catetanku jg ada kok jelas itu ada 2 set baju (total 4 pcs berarti ya), dan yang balik cm 3 pcs saja. 24 Maret saya chat admin kembali, krn apa? krn udh kelamaan cuy ga ada kabar tu celana ketemu atau gak jg gak tahu. Ya orang adminnya juga tidak ada info apa-apa lagi. Kalau alasannya krn masih cari celanaku yang hilang, apa ga ada solusi lain? Misal: ketemu atau tidak ketemu celanaku dalam waktu 5 hari kedepan, maka setelah 5 hari tersebut admin harus memberi info kepada customer bahwa celana tidak ketemu dan dress akan segera dikirim ke alamat customer hari itu juga. Jadi ada win win solutions antara customer dan pihak pemberi jasa. As simple as that, right? Jadi pada intinya, aku cukup kecewa krn sepertinya customer cukup di sepelekan. Saranku, adminnya harus lebih aktif dan responsif kepada para customer. karena apa? karena admin orang pertama yang menjembatani komunikasi dengan customer. Kalau case nya seperti punya ku, aku cm bisa nanya ke siapa? ya kepada siapa lagi, tentu kepada admin.
Just want to share my experience. Very disappointed in the laundry here. Even though the subscription is from June 1, 2021. Once there was an error, my clothes were lost and I only realized 1 month later. I realized that I didn't complain because it was my fault. Then March 7, 2022 laundry here, 1 dress is missing and 1 pants are missing. Why would you say that? because I record every piece of clothing that will be in the laundry. When the laundry was finished on March 9, 2022 and sent to my place, I immediately counted the night because I just finished working at night around 8 pm and went straight home and immediately checked the laundry. Tada! On March 10, I was informed by the WA admin, it's true that I found 1 dress, but I'm so sorry I couldn't find 1 pants. Really remember it's a set with blue clothes like the photo I attached. Because it's a set and in the laundry at the same time how can it get lost? In my notes it's also there, it's clear that there are 2 sets of clothes (a total of 4 pcs means yes), and only 3 pcs on the back. March 24 I chatted admin again, why? Because it's been a long time, there's no news about the pants being found or not, I don't know. Yes, the admin also doesn't have any more info. If the reason is because I'm still looking for my missing pants, isn't there another solution? For example: meet or not find my pants within the next 5 days, then after 5 days the admin must inform the customer that the pants are not found and the dress will be immediately sent to the customer's address on the same day. So there are win win solutions between the customer and the service provider. As simple as that, right? So in essence, I'm quite disappointed because it seems that customers are quite underestimated. My advice, the admin should be more active and responsive to customers. Because of what? because the admin is the first person to bridge communication with the customer. If the case is like mine, who can I ask? yes to who else, of course to the admin.

They lost my clothes. All the expensive clothes. When they returned the clothes, a lot of clothes were missing. I called them up and they came back to return my clothes. But only some of my missing clothes together with other people's clothes. I returned to them clothes which are not mine and asked them to please return back my missing clothes. Then are not answering my calls and messages. They said they will find. I'm not sure if they stole my clothes or they mistakenly sent my clothes to other customers. Overall, a very frustrating experience. People especially foreigners please becareful with this laundry.

I was using another comfy laundry branch and before leaving I had forgotten to take some of my clothes. The staff reminded me and offered to deliver my clothes to my current residence. Apparently this one is closer to my current place. Clean and affordable 10k is supposed to be for 2 days but sometimes it's done in 1 day (they will tell you). Thank you
