Mengecewakan....
Tunggalan sdh di selesaikan dan di infokan kol sdh lancar dari kol 3 ke kol 1 tapi setelah 25 hari di cek BI tidak ada perubahan...
Padahal sdh di kirim kan bukti klw di BNI nya sdh lancar...
Ingin komplain ke atasan nya (manajer) sulit banget... Di persulit...
Kapok jadi custemer BNI...
Mat sangat kecewa....

Disappointing....
The single has been completed and it was informed that the cabbage has been smooth from coll 3 to coll 1 but after 25 days of checking BI there is no change...
Even though proof has been sent that the BNI has been running smoothly...
Wanting to complain to his boss (manager) is really difficult... It's complicated...
Kapok to be a BNI customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk penutupan rekening sungguh ribet persyaratan nya. Tidak bisa dengan surat keterangan ahli waris dari kecamatan (tidak seperti bank lain)
Harus ada surat keterangan ahli waris dari bni yg musti di tanda tangani semua ahli waris.
Jadi untuk mengurusnya tidak bisa 1x datang, harus balik lagi setelah mendapatkan berkas dari bni, meskipun persyaratan sudah komplit
The requirements for closing an account are really complicated. Not with a certificate of heir from the sub-district (unlike other banks)
There must be a certificate of heirs from BNI which must be signed by all heirs.
So to take care of it, you can't come once, you have to come back after getting the file from BNI, even though the requirements are complete

Sejam lebih dari masuk sampai dipanggil ke meja CS.
Satpam dan pegawai sih ramah2 ya.
Gpp lah 5 bintang.
Want to reset a blocked ATM PIN. There are 8 customer service tables, but 4 are empty.
Over an hour from check in until called to the CS desk.
Security guards and staff are friendly.
It's okay 5 stars.
