★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya dapat interview di perusahaan ini, saya klo masukin lamaran emang suka nyebar kemana2, setelah dapat panggilan saya ulik company profilenya, ini perusahaan punya website tapi informasi tentang perusahaannya minim, alur bisnisnya juga minim, sekalipun holding company harusnya FAQnya jelas bukan cuma soal bisnis tapi juga tentang penerimaan kerja
I got an interview at this company, when I enter the application, I like to spread it everywhere, after I get a call I review the company profile, this company has a website but the information about the company is minimal, the business flow is minimal, even though the holding company should be clear the FAQ is not just about business but also about hiring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya menghadiri interview di sini. toilet lantai 2 dan 3 bersih, cuma utk social distancing dan penyediaan hand sanitizer itu minusnya. intinya ini perusahaan pialang futures: indeks saham luar negeri, komoditi minyak dan emas, sejumlah valuta asing. training dulu 3 hari. sy baca di kontraknya, pegawai akan terima gaji 1,5jt/bln klo belum dapat klien, dikasih waktu 3 bulan dan bisa diperpanjang kalo kamu udah beneran cari tapi belum ada yg closing. kalo udah dapet 1 klien, gaji bakal naik 3jt segera. dapet komisi sekitar 300rb dari tiap klien bertransaksi. ya logika aja, perush bisa bayar gede kalo core businessnya berjalan dg baik kan? mnr sy, kalo kamu emang niat kerja, ini ya t4 kerja, cuma memang ga mudah utk dapat klien pertama. perush futures tampaknya membutuhkan sangat banyak pegawai, ga cuma perush ini aja. Invest di futures hasilnya gede, risikonya juga, tapi masih bisa dimitigasi. good luck ya!

Just logic, the company can pay big if the core business runs well, right? mnr sy, if you really intend to work, it's t4 work, it's just not easy to get the first client. futures companies seem to need a lot of employees, not just this company.
