SJ, biasa nya 08--20.
Filoli laundry is a professional washing place from others, you can wash some items that cannot be washed elsewhere, here you can wash all your home needs, both from shoes, pillow bags, car seats, baby trolleys, and your daily clothes with 10% discount price every day if you pay in advance, with good service and spacious parking you can be comfortable while waiting, Filoli laundry is currently (maybe because of the Covid 19 pandemic) is only open until 17Wib. SJ, usually 08--20.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took them 20 minutes just to input my things: 1 set of baby crib bumper, 6 pieces of pillow and bolster cover. Staff worked so slowly and didn't try to improve even after asked why they were being so slow. Wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For clothes, shoes, dolls, bed cover are okay, however when you need to do the laundry for your bag, you have to make sure asking the price. They just can give you the number without any standard, can give you additional 30% for certain brand from the basic price, but still the final price is more than that. The price and 30% additional was given by the supervisor (from the information that I had by phone). They also said that their price is still cheaper compare to the vendors that are corporate with for bag laundry. Non sense of the comparison, since customer put the stuff to filoli , doesn't have any business to their vendors.
Please kindly the management really take care and pay attention for this. Thanks
