★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jgn berobat dsini dokternya klo nanya pasien bahasanya gk ditata sya msh inget nama dokternya handayani parah dokter bahasanya gk ada etika sma pasien.pelayanannya juga kurang.masa saya nunggu resep obat sampe satu jam lebih mentingin orang yg beli obat dlu dr pada yg nunggu resep orang yg beli obat kan msh sehat sedangkan sya yg nunggu resep sedang sakit ingin buru buru pulang minum obat dan istirahat.baru nemuin apotik bgini

Tp syng dokternya bahasa ke pasien kya orang gk pendidikan.sya dsini bayar bpjs saya kelas 1.enggak bangat berobat dsini.buat resepnya jg lama.saya jg punya hak dilayani dgn baik dan pelayanan yg terbaik

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa saya sama kimia farma terutama kasir cowoknya kurang sopan (saya lupa nama nya yang jelas dia memakai kacamata) dan menyusahkan saat ppkm nya masa iya retur 1 strip aja gak bisa saya beli obat 2 strip RP 300.000 dan selang waktu pengembalian 20 mnt gak sampe 24 jam. Struk dan obat nya masih utuh blm saya buka sama sekali.
Memang saya salah beli obat nya tapi masa iya 1 pun tidak bisa di kembalikan.
Pantes aja kimia farma sepi ternyata karyawan nya pada begini udh gituh mahal lagi harganya dibanding apotik lain.
I'm disappointed with Kimia Farma, especially the male cashier, who is not polite (I forgot his name, which is clear he wears glasses) and it's troublesome when the PPKM is when I return 1 strip, I can't buy medicine for 2 strips for RP 300,000 and the return period is 20 minutes but it doesn't arrive 24 O'clock. The receipt and medicine are still intact, I haven't opened it at all.
Indeed, I bought the wrong medicine but even 1 period cannot be returned.
No wonder Kimia Farma is quiet, it turns out that the employees at this point are already so expensive compared to other pharmacies.
