★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya laundry sepatu saya warna putih , expectation saya bisa bersih dan wangi , kendala di sepatu saya karna habis di pakai lari dan kena pasir kering , the results sepatu saya masih ada bercak pasir dan seperti tidak di cuci saya tidak tau ini menggunakan sistem cuci atau hanya di sikat saja , dan outsole nya masih nyeplak pasir jika di pegang , so yeah , I'm so disappointed....
 I laundry my shoes are white, my expectation can be clean and smell good, the problems in my shoes are because they used to run and hit dry sand, the results of my shoes still have sand spots and as if they weren't washed, I don't know this is using a washing system or just Just brush it, and the outsole still sticks to the sand when you touch it, so yeah, I'm so disappointed ...

Staf yg melayani tdk janji sol akan kembali putih dan suede sepatu akan bersih banget. Tetapi setelah dibersihkan hasilnya beyond My expectation. Bersih! Sepatu dibersihkan secara maksimal. Terima kasih soulsepatu. Sepatunya sudah bs sy pakai lg. Sukses!
Soft suede shoes that are difficult to clean are exposed to dirty water and traces of dirt. Also the sole has yellowed. The serving staff doesn't promise the soles will come back white and the suede shoes will be really clean. But after cleaning the result is beyond my expectation. Clean! Shoes are cleaned to the max. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya gak ramah, cenderung jutek. Terlihat tidak suka ketika melihat sepatu yg sangat kotor. Ya kalo sepatunya bersih akan saya cuci sendiri kak, ga perlu ke laundry. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanannya.
