Do not use Fedex or TNT service. Worst service in the world.

Bad service !!. No good Customer Service !. I paid Priority, send from America. Very expensive cost and Very important documents. Document didn't arrive as promised just because there was tax and duty had to be paid. That's fine...But if you are not find out what's happened they won't tell you!!! and all you know is the recipient hasn't receive the document with uncertain dates. It's stuck at their Clearance office without notifications to customer/recipient until you call here and there to Fedex Jakarta and US ( Headquarters) asking for help to find out what's going on. And after they tell you to pay for the tax and duty it will take days to send the package NOT on the same day !! . Who cares about their internal process. Customers paid the service already as they ask. We just need the package arrived on time. So be careful when you send your package/ documents to Indonesia with FedEx. This happened to my friend's company too.

In a nutshell: You want your shipment? You'll get disappointment. No need to come to the building for complaint, just use phone. It won't be resolved anyway. Customer service and the operational team seems to be unreliable and unable to solve the dispute. I got a shipment from abroad which was failed because FedEx team didn't even bother to respond to my email on what the action items needs to be taken (like submitting documents, or identity, etc) so that it can pass the custom process. The shipment has arrived in Jakarta, which probably local team in Indonesia is responsible to handle the shipment until the final delivery to customer and inform if there's anything customer miss. But it's stuck without any further notice and suddenly it just went for return. I sent an email asking on the shipment few days after hanging on local custom process. They offered me a help and "please wait" (but until when I don't know, no SLA, no timeline). The PIC appointed to assist me was irresponsible and didn't reply to the email (I saw it's the osv team as in the email). Most likely he didn't coordinate with the internal team too. It can be proven in which the CS team replied that "Sorry if we check the package return to the shipper because there is no update from you (I don't even know what update they need from me) and shipper regarding tax payments until the deadline". None of the FedEx team bother to look properly at the email regarding what actually happens. It's as if I'm talking with a rock on email. On the dispute process, the local team can do nothing even to help the customer to liaise with the team abroad (sender origin). So I just got ping pong-ed whenever I ask for a help. 1st: Please contact here (abroad) - no response. 2nd: Please ask the sender (payer) to handle the dispute - FedEx abroad immediately rejects because custom issue. While I believe the custom issue is actually due to the PIC in Indonesia didn't even help me to clear it. 3rd: Raised again to local CS, but it feels like FedEx team didn't want to admit their mistake and ask to handle with the FedEx from the sender origin (of course rejected again - since I believe there's no communication between the FedEx on origin - destination)
