★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini pelayanan sangat sibuk,ketika kita lewat harus jaga jaga agar tidak tersentuh oleh para pengunjung RS...kebersihan benar benar sangat terjaga..terimkasih banyak....Dsini pelayanan pasien umum dan asuransi hampir sama....jadi anda tidak perlu kuatir akan pelayanan kesehatan anda di RS ini..hanya pas waktu waktu tertentu terjadi antrian...anda perlu bersabar..memakai masker,sanitizer dan jaga jarak...resiko terkena virus bisa diminimalisir
 Today the service is very busy, when we pass by, we have to be careful not to be touched by hospital visitors...the cleanliness is really very well maintained..thank you very much....Here the general patient service and insurance are almost the same...so you don't need to worry about your health services at this hospital..only at certain times there are queues...you need to be patient..wear masks, sanitizers and keep your distance...the risk of getting the virus can be minimized

Tlong bu dokter.hati nuraniny...

jadi sudah tahu jalur nya...
untuk kontrol di poli memang ada 2jalur:
1.jalur online bisa daftar via web/WA H-1 paling mepet, nanti di hari periksa hrus print antrian sbelum jam 9pagi (tanya pos satpam)
2.jalur manual bisa ambil antri dari jam 5pagi, nanti sbelum jam 9pgi antri ke cs/tanya satpam (kuota lebih sedikit)
rata" memang dokter poli mulai setengah 10, mungkin karna harus visit pasien rawat inap

for control in poly there are really 2 paths:
1. online route, you can register via web/WA H-1 is the most tight, later on the day of checking you have to print the queue before 9 am (ask the security post)
2. Manual line can take a queue from 5 am, later before 9 am queue up to cs / ask the security guard (less quota)
On average, poly doctors start at half past 10, maybe because they have to visit inpatients

⭐⭐⭐ untuk kecepatan pelayanan (waktu tunggu), ruang tunggu yg penuh dari pagi sampai menjelang siang sehingga sering terpaksa berdiri & akses lokasi..

for the friendliness of the staff and poly (dental) services,
for the speed of service (waiting time), the waiting room is full from morning until noon so that you are often forced to stand & access the location..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disuruh datang pagi, kata satpam poli2 buka jam 8 pagi. sy dtg udh dr 7.45 di poli gigi, tp sampe 9.30 blm datang dokternya pdhl antrian online dpt nomor 1, nunggu mau hampir 2jam & ini msh nunggu.
Gak ngerti deh jam masuk kerja dokter pns di RSUD jam berapa ya.
Pasien2 udah pd ngesot & berdiri berjam2, makin rame, makin numpuk pasien, kasian bgt.
Ini pake bpjs.
Dulu pernah berobat reguler ke rsud ini tanpa bpjs, sy kira beda jalur (jalur cepat krn bayar mandiri), ternyata enggak, disamain jg sm yg bpjs. sy & abang sdh blg k satpam spy didahulukan krn asam lambung & vertigo sdh tdk tertahankan. Akhirnya stlh ninggalin satpam itu, sy langsung pingsan & udah melek di IGD. akhirnya jg bayar mandiri di IGD krn udh keburu pingsan gak kuat nunggu antri di poli rawat jalan. Sy nangis di igd krn pelayanan terkesan lambat pdhl sy sdh blg k satpam utk ddahulukn krn asam lambung udh burning d tenggorokan & vertigo mual sekali.
Semoga pelayanan lbh dtingkatkan lg.
Told to come in the morning, said the security guard poli2 open at 8 am. I've arrived from 7.45 am at the dental clinic, but until 9.30 the doctor hasn't arrived yet even though the online queue is number 1, the wait is almost 2 hours & it's still waiting.
I don't know what time a civil servant doctor works at the hospital.
The patients have been sucking and standing for hours, it's getting busier, the more patients are piling up, it's a pity.
This is using bpjs.
I used to have regular treatment at this hospital without BPJS, I thought there was a different route (the fast lane because I paid for it myself), it turned out that it wasn't, it was the same with the BPJS. I & my brother have told the spy security first because stomach acid & vertigo are unbearable. Finally, after leaving the security guard, I immediately fainted & was already literate in the ER. In the end, I also paid independently in the ER because I suddenly fainted, I couldn't stand waiting in line at the outpatient poly. I'm crying in the ER because the service seems slow even though I've told the security guard first because the stomach acid is burning in my throat & the vertigo is very nauseous.
Hopefully the service will be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, has kind doctors, patients safety is the most important. I had experience got training in this hospital. The midwive are very kind and teach me with patience. 30 agustus 2017 is my last practice. I will miss the clinical instructor, nurses, and midwive. Thank to teached me.. and I hope I will come in this hospital again but as a worker. Hehehhe??
