Mengurus surat pemeriksaan kesehatan jasmani, psikologi, dan penggunaan narkotika. Pertama mengambil nomor antrian pendaftaran kemudian menunggu di kursi sambil menunggu pemanggilan nomor. Maju ke meja resepsionis untuk pendaftaran kartu berobat dengan membayar 30 ribu biaya pendaftaran. Kemudian masuk ke loket 2 untuk pemeriksaan dokumen dan petugas melakukan pertanyaan ke pasien.
Setelah itu kita ke ruang pembayaran berobat, berhubung kita melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan jasmani, narkotika dan psikologi saya membayar uang sebesar 400300.
Pembayaran sudah selesai kita menuju ke laboratorium untuk melakukan pemeriksaan narkoba dengan menunjukkan berkas dan memberikan sampel urin ke petugas. Sebaiknya jangan kencing dulu sebelim ke laboratorium untuk dapat sampel urin di tempat.
Setelah itu menuju ke gedung psikologi untuk melakukan psikotes.
Kemudian balik lagi ke loket dua untuk memberikan berkas2 yang didapat di laboratorium. Ikuti semua petunjuk petugas dan kalau masih belum paham tanya kembali. Insyaallah petugasnya akan membantu.
Kemudian legalisir surat-surat tersebut. Sebaiknya datang pada pagi hari... #Presentday

Jenis jenis pelayanan di RS ini meliputi Instalasi Rawat Jalan, Instalasi Rawat Inap, Instalasi Fisioterapi, Instalasi Kesehatan Jiwa dan Remaja, Instalasi Gigi dan Mulut, Instalasi Elektronik, Instalasi Gangguan Napza, Instalasi Psikologi, Instalasi Rehabilitasi, Instalasi Laboratorium, Instalasi Radiologi, dan Instalasi Gizi.
Setiap layanan menginformasikan waktu pendaftaran maupun waktu pelayanan. Misalnya Instalasi Rawat Jalan pendaftaran Senin-Kamis pk.07.00-14.00. Jumat pelayanan dibuka pk.07.00-12.00.
