Anjing sakit muntah,waktu diperiksa dan diinfus,disuntik dan diberikan obat..saya pikir akan sembuh / sedikit ada perubahan ternyata tdk ( berubah sedikit pun jg tdk )
Smg ke depan lbh baik..dan lbh tepat memberikan obat nya.
Sorry in advance, for my experience
The dog was sick with vomiting, when he was examined and infused, injected and given medicine ... I thought it would be cured / there was little change but it didn't change (not even a bit)
In the future, it will be better ... and better to give the medicine.

Simple, but good... after the first x kobe vaccine. At the same time, I'm asking for sterile info for the milky. Not as expensive as in other clinics even without subsidies ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah Dan informative tapi adminnya menyambut dg wajah cemberut, pdhl saya sudah telpon sebelumnya & disuruh datang aja. Sekedar Saran, jika praktek siap jam 10:00 AM, jadwal praktek di google tolong disesuaikan. Biaya konsultasi dokter Dan obat masih terjangkau.
The doctor is friendly and informative but the admin welcomes with a sullen face, even though I've called before & was told to come. Just a suggestion, if practice is ready at 10:00 AM, please adjust the practice schedule on google. Doctor consultation fees and drugs are still affordable.

My cat just finished brobating here, just left the gate, he immediately died.. in the cage there are also dead animals but they are still in the IV so don't separate them if they are dead.. the guys who handle it are also like amateurs...

tapi biaya pengobatan termasuk mahal
dan keahlian pengobatan sangat standar.
Datang kembung mual gk bs makan, diinfus di meja praktek pas pulang malah lepas infus di lantai! Kucingnya mrs gk aman tidur dgn mata terbuka krn 1 ruangan dengan byk kucing, gk hepi jg krn dijejelin 1 sdt + obat2 jd kembung ampe mimisan krn selang di dubur gk efektif keluarin angin sementara kucingnya jg mules pengen beol, ujung2nya lepas infus lgs di lantai?ampe berdarah2.
Besok pagi pulang gk diperiksa lg suhu tubuh & berat badan gk ditimbang pdhal di klinik lain selalu sop itu. Obat flu nya juga berasa setelah 24 jam & bikin kucingnya + gk mau makan. Ujung2ny di rmh rebusan air bunga lawang lgs gk kembung & bobo pulas.
Dari jam 2 sore tungguin infusan kelar ampe jam 9 malam, dimintain 3× utk bayar.. sangat tidak ramah ownernya di telp vs asli.
Mesti doa lagi utk berobat ke sini, kec utk titip rekomend sangat sejuk bersih dan kandang besar2

Bloated and nauseated, I couldn't eat, I was infused on the practice table when I got home and the IV dripped off the floor! It's not safe for the cat to sleep with her eyes open because there's a room with a lot of cats, she's not happy because she's stuffed with 1 tsp + medicine so she's bloated and has nosebleeds because the tube in her rectum isn't effective at releasing the wind, while the cat also has a hard time wanting to stir, the end of the infusion is off immediately on the floor until it bleeds.
Tomorrow morning when I go home, I won't check my temperature again and I won't weigh my weight even though it's always the soup at other clinics. The flu medicine also tastes after 24 hours & makes the cat + doesn't want to eat. In the end, at home, the Lawang flower water stew doesn't get bloated and sleeps fast.
From 2 pm waiting for the infusion to finish until 9 pm, asked 3 times to pay ... very unfriendly owner on the phone vs original.
You have to pray again for treatment here, the district for the recommendation is very cool, clean and the cage is big

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Yumna Cat House, branch from the main Vet on Tomang. Doctors are certified and proactively extremely informative. Ive been to so many vets, by many i mean A LOT, and they tried to sell their endorsed things for my pets, this one is exception! they're just doctors with passionate about cats and dogs, and thats already tell you that your pets is in a good hand! Make sure you made an appointment since the doctors try real hard to make sure owner of the pets understand their pets.
