★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is very friendly, they can give suggestion and check your pet for tick or flea. They sell wide range of dog/cat foods and also their vitamins and stuffs. The price is average, not too expensive yet not cheap either. They have grooming service, but most of the time is pretty crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright my Frenchie there yesterday for grooming. They told me to come back in 2 hours and so I did. When I picked my dog up, she was shivering and breathing so hard. I asked the staff what has happened and they said ‘mau ne she is scared coz it’s a new place’.
I paid and quickly leave.
In the car, she vomited and I quickly bring her to our vet and when they took her temperature, it was 40.2 degrees. The vet told me that my Frenchie had suffered a heatstroke. They quickly put her on drips, gave her water and cold compressed her to help to bring her temperate to normal. And told me that it’s not the first case like this from Pet Station pluit.
Your staff may be following yo SOP. But dealing with live animals, you need to be aware of their characteristics and be more attentive to their needs and what made them comfortable.
It will be first and last time there.
Will I recommend this place? Absolutely no.
My dog could have died coz of the grooming session there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended petshop to take ur pets get showered. They have pool too for ur pets to swim however fit only for medium-low size dog only. Located in North Jakarta. They also sell many stuff for ur pets such as dogfood, catfood, cages, toys, etc. If you want to groom your pets, they also have the facility too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet needs are quite complete, the shop is clean, and there are no pet scents (usually in the pet store that I visit there is always an unpleasant aroma)
all the employees are friendly and helpful. When I went there, there was a dog that had just been adopted, they (employees) did not mind when I played with the dog while waiting for pickup. Thank you for the pleasant service.
this is the dog that i said. She is quite old but very lovely, you can adopt her if you want. She definetely need new home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can find most of pet supply here with price just a bit higher. Place is good and clean. Grooming is good, much better compare to last year. Better to ask for time estimation before drop off our pet, as always "busy hours" will take more time in queues.
