★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawainya Semuanya baik, menolong disini, mbak adminnya juga ramah. Selalu cocok dengan pengobatan yang diberikan oleh dokter disini. Dokternya 2 orang yg cewek juga cekatan. Makasih banyak sudah merawat kucing-kucing saya. ?
 The employees are all good, helpful here, the admin is also friendly. Always match the treatment given by the doctor here. The doctors are 2 girls who are also nimble. Thank you so much for taking care of my cats. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy kecewa bangat pas datang sus nya ada yang duduk kaki diangkat semua keatas dan dokter cowo banyakan bercanda dia nutup inti dia punya sakit apa gk jelas, trs manggil dokter lain diskusi lama bangat di ruang sebelah, tolong jangan maksain nerima eksotik kalau gk tau sakit apa, kapok deh sy mahal nya doang
I was very disappointed when the sus came, there was someone sitting, all legs were lifted up and the male doctor was mostly joking. I'm tired, I'm just expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bersyukur ketemu Jakarta Pet Care Center. Kucing saya sudah 3x vaksin dan rencana akan steril November nanti disana padahal rumah saya bukan di daerah Pluit dan sekitarnya. Disana juga ada pet hotel dan grooming. Hasil groomingnya bagus. Dokter dan staffnya ramah, harga juga bersahabat. Kucing saya biasa ditangani oleh drh Tita. Nanya apapun seputar kucing selalu dijawab dengan sabar sama dokternya (karena waktu itu saya masih newbie dalam memelihara kucing).
Kalau yang mau steril, lebih baik booking appointment dari jauh2 hari karena cuma ada hari Rabu dan Kamis untuk steril.
Grateful to have found the Jakarta Pet Care Center. My cat has been vaccinated 3 times and the plan is to be sterile in November there even though my house is not in the Pluit and surrounding areas. There is also a pet hotel and grooming. Grooming results are good. Doctors and staff are friendly, prices are also friendly. My cat is usually handled by Dr. Tita. Any questions about cats are always answered patiently by the doctor (because at that time I was still a newbie in raising cats).
If you want to be sterile, it's better to book an appointment in advance because there are only Wednesdays and Thursdays for sterilization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berobat disni malah tambah parah kucing sya. Awal nya hanya gak nafsu makan stelah berobat disni diberi suntik dan dikasih obatnya yg gak cocok buat kucing sya malah jadi lumpuh kaki nya dua duanya gak bisa jalan malah ngesot jalan nya dan sampe meninggal pagi jam 3an. udah abis 700rbu gak sesuai dengan kualitasnya kesehatan nya malah tambah burukk...;( no recomend banget terkesan asal asalan diagnosa nya.
The treatment here makes it even worse for the cat. At first, I just didn't have an appetite, after being treated here, I was given an injection and given a medicine that wasn't suitable for my cat, instead both legs were paralyzed and both of them couldn't walk, instead they slowed down and died in the morning at 3 o'clock. it's already over 700 thousand, it doesn't match the quality of its health, it's even worse...;( no recommendation, really impressed as long as the diagnosis is random.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau share aja, selalu langganan dengan drh tita dari tahun 2013 sampe sekarang mau nambah anabul juga sama drh tita. Puji Tuhan sampe sekarangg yaa ini anak sehat terusss, karena udah mutusin steril jadi lebih sehat juga. Dari masalah kulit sampe pencernaan bae bae nya karna ke drh tita. Ramah, baik ngejelasinnya, treatment apa yang di perluin aja yang ga perlu yah ga usah. Mantapp!! Ditunggu buka cabang.
Just want to share, always subscribe to drh tita from 2013 until now, want to add anabul as well as drh tita. Praise God until now, this child is still healthy, because he has decided to be sterile so he is healthier too. From skin problems to digestion, bae bae is due to drh tita. Friendly, good at explaining, what treatment is needed, what is not necessary, no need. Great!! Waiting to open a branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location. The doctors aren't the most experienced, but are helpful and care about your animals. I would recommend this place for vaccines and general checkups, but look for more experienced doctors for more serious concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, this clinic doesn’t answer an emergency message immediately. I texted at 5 am on Sunday morning, asking if the vet could come earlier (they open at 9 am but the vet comes at 11 am) due to emergency situation with my kitten and they replied at 11 am! My new born kitty had already passed away :(. Then, they were asking why i didn’t take my kitten to another clinic and i said i didn’t know nearby pet clinic that opens 24 hr. So i asked them if i could have contacts from other pet clinics and they say they don’t have any. This is so weird, it’s like asking a hospital for other hospital ph number and they say, we don’t have any contacts from other hospitals.
