★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly employees, not cleaned rooms, beds, and linens. Found one bed stained by blood. Rooms facility are not complete and ready when check-in, and need to be asked to receptionist or cleaning service. When we need something in the morning, no employee available to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality hotel. Need change room many times, first coz not all room have AC, 2nd many cockroach in the bathroom, and in the 3th TV doesn't work, no WiFi access and signal to bad. The food is expensive and very bad quality also! Breakfast it's 100.000 no fruits only some toast and jam, café very cheap quality and thé to much sweet... The hotel crew don't speak english and not really polite. Then the hotel is so far and the road access is like montagnes access.

- location (can go thru bukit pelangi Sentul of there is checkpoint on the main road of Puncak)
- price is cheap
- suite room is huge with very nice view of mount geulis
- Pool is quite clean
not Good :
- management not good. our room was not ready until 5 pm because some sortbof filming team still use our room. this is not our problem you should have known how to manage this kind of situation
- POOL IS DANGEROUS FOR KIDS. my kids feet and hands are hurt after playing in the pool. not just one or two wounds, BUT MANY WOUNDS PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS
