overall good and nice place. but, whether in IdulFitri so, the restaurant or cafe were closed. so, we have to go out looked for meals.

Good place to stay in Sentul with very fast service (thanks to Mas Malik!). The only drawback is its location in Lembur area which makes it quite difficult for access to public transportation (even to online taxi). It has cottage, outbound area, and decent hall for seminar. I would recommend this for private event.

Stayed there for training purpose. Wasnt quite a nature person, so i wasnt happy with the ants and insects all over the place inside the building, even on bedsheet and pillow! Eventhough the place is surrounding by natural forest, doesnt mean we have to sleep as if we're on camping. But the food was good. Servant was also good.

Nice place, like a bungalow, you need to walk a bit to arrive at villa. The food just moderate with a little choices. The view is great but the pool is dirty, full of leaves and bugs

Comfortable rooms. Quite tasty breakfast though lack in variety. Nice mini pool for children to play. Nice view and cool air. Hope it'll be a hit in the future!

Nice place for stay in Sentul and doing some outbound activities with community. The place is good and enough clean that's make me feel comfortable here. It's far from main street so it has beautiful scenery.

Recommended place for Event, Training and Outbound. There are Meeting room, hall, swimming pool and other facility. High speed internet Access supported by PT. Bonet.

This was probably the worst stay ever. My wife and I stayed in their "villa" to accompany our children in a kids camp program. This is why The Pelangi deserves a 1 star (unfortunately minus 1 star is unavailable): 1. No road signage, uneasy to find our villa among many buildings there. Moreover, the staff was not helpful in showing the way. Golf cars were available but not fully utilized to facilitate guests' movement through the hilly driveways. We had to walk or use our own car to go back and forth to the front office, camping ground, dinner venue, and parenting seminar room. 2. Air conditioner was broken! Definitely our already narrow room became hot and frowsty. They could not fix it and we couldn't change room since the place was fully occupied. 3. The room was stinking and not clean. I found a rotten dead lizard. 4. Hot water was not available as promised. 5. TV at first had been broken, before they finally fixed it after complaints. 6. No house phone in the room, making me even more difficult to make complaints. I had to go back and forth to the front office which was located nearly a km away to file these multiple complaints. 7. Our villa was located next to a function hall which was full of kids (not our kids who stayed inside tents on the camping ground) on a retreat. They made a lot of noise until late night. And yes, the room soundproofing was obviously lousy. 8. No Wi-Fi coverage in our villa. When I was complaining about the poor facility, the front office staff excused that the villa's facility was less complete than that of the hotel. Hence the disfunctional facilities. This is ridiculous since the rates of both hotel room and villa were the same. We actually had chosen for the hotel but the hotel was fully booked so we had to accept the villa option. Anyways, what they mean by villa actually looks more like a motel. The only positive element I could think of was the availability of camping ground. Well, the main reason we went there was for the kids camp program. It wouldn't be a camp program without the camping ground. Saya dan istri menginap di salah satu "villa" mereka untuk mendampingi anak-anak kami pada program kemah anak. Inilah mengapa The Pelangi Hotel and Resort layak mendapat 1 bintang (sayang minus 1 bintang tak ada): 1. Rambu petunjuk jalan tidak ada sehingga tidak jelas mana bangunan yang kami tuju. Staff hotel tidak banyak membantu dan hanya bisa menunjuk ke sana, ke sini. Mobil golf tersedia, tetapi tidak dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal untuk mengantar penumpang ke tempat mereka menginap. Kami harus berjalan kaki atau naik mobil kami sendiri untuk bolak-balik dari front office, camping ground, ruang makan, dan tempat seminar. Padahal jalanannya menanjak dan curam. 2. AC tidak dingin!! Jelas saja kamar yang sudah sempit itu menjadi panas dan pengap. Kami sudah mengeluh tetapi memang mereka tidak bisa perbaiki. Kami juga tidak bisa pindah kamar karena saat itu semua kamar terisi. 3. Kamar juga berbau tak sedap dan tidak bersih. Saya menemukan bangkai cicak di lantai. 4. Air panas tidak menyala. Padahal seharusnya fasilitas ini standar dan sesuai yang dijanjikan. 5. TV awalnya sempat tidak menyala hingga akhirnya diperbaiki oleh mereka setelah kami laporkan keluhan. 6. Tidak ada telepon di dalam kamar. Hal ini makin menyulitkan kami dan kami terpaksa bolak-balik dari kamar ke front office untuk melaporkan berbagai keluhan. 7. Berisik!! Villa kami terletak di samping aula yang sedang digunakan anak-anak yang sedang ritrit (bukan anak-anak kami karena mereka tentunya tinggal di dalam tenda di camping ground). Dengan segala fasilitas yang buruk di atas, jangan ditanya kekedapan suara kamar kami. Sudah jelas buruk! 8. Sinyal wifi tidak sampai ke villa kami.
