★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really great in terms of everything you need… food, comfort, cleanness, hygiene, friendly staff, quality service.
Some might argue that food is pricey, but honestly you get what you pay for!
Much better than pullmen in my opinion.
Awesome people at the grill restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall pleasant stay.. The staff are helpful and friendly, room was very nice with beautiful mountain view, nice room too.
Hotel has good facilities, have a nice kids club, outbound for kids, playground, horse riding and three swimming pools
The food also delicious. Definitely will go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came there with high expectation but we found an ordinary room with less hygiene. The provided comb was very bad quality.
Fortunately they have great views and fresh air from surrounding. And their staffs were friendly and helpful
There are 3 waterpools and outdoor/outbound facility. Our kids loved to play there.
But with same price range, in the future we will choose another hotel in Bogor area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was enjoyable as it is a beautiful property. The food at the Fire restaurant was excellent. But I have a few concerns :
1. The wiFi was not available till late on Sunday, 13 Mar.
2. The staff at spa was not professional. We made a booking and when we went there they told us that they could not do the treatment as there was no water connection in the spa. They did not inform us beforehand of this.
3. The Deluxe room bathroom had a strange smell.
4. The western selection in the breakfast menu could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one words to describe of this hotel. "Amazing'" the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is Very delicious, and i can give more credit for fire restaurant. The food tasted It was very outstanding. The room is spacious and Very clean.
And also this hotel is having kids activity such as kids outbond, feeding rabbit. Is another plus point'. I Will coming back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleasantly surprised with our 3 night stay at the Royal Tulip. I try to keep expectations low for smaller hotels, however they exceeded in every way. The rooms were modern and spacious with good views and nice patios. Room service was great - typical food orders, and also I like ice in my drinks and they never failed to bring it when requested. The restaurants were better than expected, and the breakfast was outstanding. My daughter really enjoyed the playground with zip line and waterslide, and I tried the spa for a very relaxing massage. We played a round at Gunung Geulis and the staff were helpful in getting our clubs and ourselves over to the course efficiently. I played another round at Rainbow Hills and was able to book transportation easily. Highly recommended for golf trips or family getaways, we'll be very happy to stay at Royal Tulip again someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice stay, to be honest a little disappointed that there is not much space to walk around the hotel unless you go to the golf course. We had junior suite room which is beautiful, I was thrilled to see the bath placed in the middle of the room.
We stayed for the Valentine’s Day and had dinner reserved at Fire Grill and Bar. Nice ambience and the food was nice, well the size of the steak could have been a bit bigger. Service was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Note to people who come without private cars, you need to book the car in advance before you check out if you wish to go back to Jakarta. It takes ages for grab or gocar driver to get there because of the location. The buffet arrangement can be improved, having too many live cooking stalls create long queue in every corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall was a pleasant stay. good ambience and beautiful environment around the hotel. great services from all the staff and all of them are helpful and responsive. kids facilities a quiet complete too. the hotel also quiet spacious and for the access also easy. food in all outlet was tasty. so far nice stay. will be back really soon on the next vacation!
