★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ini mba mba nya bisa atau ngak nyambungin ke line lain?? sampai 3kali saya telepon. padahal saya tahu apotiknya di dalam klinik lho. mau tanya obat yg tersedia tapi gak ada jawabpan.( mba mba nya jawab sebentar sebentar tapi teleponnya di matiin 3kali ) hahahahahaa
 can this or not connect to another line ?? I called 3 times. even though I know the dispensary is inside the clinic, you know. I want to ask the medicine that is available but there is no answer. (mba, the mba answers briefly but the phone is turned off 3 times) hahahahahaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2x berobat dan priksa disini pelayanan selalu menyenangkan dan ramah.
Tempat bersih , nyaman , parkir luas , ada banyak kursi untuk duduk menunggu ada TV juga ac yg dingin , dekat sekali dengan ATM dan Alfa.
Selalu periksa dijam jam tak terduga karena mendadak sakit jam 3 pagi tapi jangan kuatir karena disini Dr. Praktik & Apotiknya buka 24 jam yaah dan lebih enak pagi sih gak ngantri karena gak ada orang .. hahaha
Already 2x treatment and checking here the service is always fun and friendly.
The place is clean, comfortable, spacious parking, there are plenty of chairs to sit waiting for there is also a cold AC TV, very close to the ATM and Alfa.
Always check unexpected hours because of sudden illness at 3 am but don't worry because here Dr. Practice & Pharmacy is open 24 hours, and it's better in the morning not to queue because there aren't any people ... hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emang gini kali ya selalu late respon dari anak gue sakit 0 bulan sampe kesini lagi umur anak gue 5thn tapi pelayanan nya ga brubah tetep BAD dari dulu, hari ini brobat dateng jm 17:30 ketemu dokter umum jam 19:00 - 19:20 nunggu obat 19:21 - 19:53 kata nya trouble internet, helow klinik sebagus ini??? Ya keleuss?apa mentang2 make asuransi kali ya jadi di sepelein eh sama aja sih bayar mahal juga pelayanan nya begitu, jangan cuma mahal doang tapi pelayanan nya ga bagus mana pada asem bgt muka kaya kanebo kering kalah sama puskesmas yg gratis dari pemerintah mendingan dikit..dikit doang yak
ini dari dulu ni begini kirain mah udah berubah ternyata sama aja, padahal bagus obat nya cocok gue & keluarga tapi pelayanan nya its not good i cant feel hospitality padahal KLINIK ESTI TERKENAL DI DAERAH BANGKA
It's like this time, there's always a late response from my child being sick 0 months until here again my son is 5 years old but the service hasn't changed, it's still BAD from the start, today brobat came at 17:30 to meet the general practitioner at 19:00 - 19:20 waiting medicine 19:21 - 19:53 he said internet trouble, helow this good clinic??? Yes, it's okay, why don't you use insurance this time, so it's trivial, it's the same, you pay a lot for the service, don't just be expensive, but the service isn't that good, where on sour, dry, dry chamois-like faces lose to a free public health center from the government, it's a little better. just a little bit
From the beginning, I thought it had changed, it turned out to be the same, even though the medicine was good for me and my family, but the service was not good, I can't feel hospitality, even though ESTI CLINIC IS FAMOUS IN THE BANGKA REGION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sekali dengan dr. Eko Priyono (dokter umum):
- Salah diagnosa: Saya mengeluh tenggorokan sakit, dan dia langsung mendiagnosis radang tenggorokan tanpa beneran mengecek mulut saya. Pas saya pulang dan cek sendiri pakai senter, ternyata cuma sariawan di area tenggorokan. Jadinya malah saya diberi obat yang tidak tepat.
- Tidak memakai masker: dr. Eko tidak memakai masker pas saya konsultasi dengan dia. Dari semua orang, harusnya dokter memberi contoh yang baik, bukan?
- Nunggu lama: Meskipun jam praktek sedang buka dan tidak ada pasien lain, saya mesti nunggu dr. Eko beberapa lama. Padahal di jam praktek seharusnya dokter ada di ruangan terus.
Very disappointed with dr. Eko Priyono (general practitioner):
- Misdiagnosis: I complained of a sore throat, and he immediately diagnosed strep throat without actually checking my mouth. When I got home and checked it myself using a flashlight, it turned out that it was just thrush in the throat area. So instead I was given the wrong medicine.
- Not wearing a mask: dr. Eko did not wear a mask when I consulted with him. Of all people, doctors should set a good example, right?
- Long wait: Even though practice hours are open and there are no other patients, I have to wait for dr. Eko for a while. Even though during practice hours the doctor should be in the room all the time.
