★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rabu tgl 9 Maret 2020 tepat jam 16:45 saya berobat di klinik ini, awalnya saya kasih tau gejala2 sakit yg di rasakan, dan saya juga menginfokan bahwa saya ada alergi dgn obat, nah lepas dri itu dokter memberikan obat yg dikonsumsi kelang 20mnt saya minum obat tersebut, ternya bener itu obat ada yg alergi, kemudian saya balik ke klinik dan dokternya bilang suntik injeksi terus saya disuntik tu ..kelang 10mnt dokter beserta perawatnya bilang saya ada pembayaran biaya suntik lagi..
Yg saya maksudkan dsni tanggung jawab klinik nya mna??
Justru obt yg saya beli juga info nya jgn diminum lagi ..saya disuruh beli obt diluar
Dan saya tidak dikasih obat alergi dan obat penganti....
Terus obt yg saya beli buat apa
Wednesday, March 9, 2020, at 16:45, I went to this clinic for treatment, at first I told you the symptoms of the pain I was feeling, and I also informed you that I have an allergy to medicine, after that the doctor gave me the medicine I took 20 minutes later. the drug, it turned out that it was true that there was an allergic drug, then I went back to the clinic and the doctor said to inject the injection and then I was given the injection.. after 10 minutes the doctor and the nurse said I had to pay for another injection..
What do I mean by this, where are the responsibilities of the clinic?
In fact, the medicine I bought was also informed about not taking it anymore.. I was told to buy medicine outside
And I was not given allergy medicine and substitute medicine....
So what do I buy the medicine for?
