It has a friendly family vibe which makes a visit here a pleasant experience. The good practice clinic has always served me and my family very well. I will go here for all my future health related concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very kind upon entering the building and the doctor I spoke to had fantastic English and was very professional. She was very kind, easy to talk to and gave brilliant advice and reassured me on my condition. I would recommend anyone to use Good Practice who want high quality healthcare for very good prices.
The building is easy to find, clearly signed and is very modern inside which is reassuring when wanting high level health care.
The staff were really interested in my travels and wished me well for the future which I though was very nice of them and added to the service.
Thankyou Good Practice, couldn’t ask for a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Especially in such a huge metropolitan region as Jakarta, it is sometimes difficult to find a good practice in which one feels comfortable and all health concerns are taken equally seriously. In "Good Practice" I always felt well informed at any time. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I already received a good first advice on the phone. The doctor took a lot of time to discuss everything else with me. Another big advantage is that "Good Practice" has its own laboratory, so I had my results after less than 40 minutes and the therapy could be started immediately. Highly recommended!

I have been going there for my whole family on different occasions in the last 9 months and I have generally been extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. Dr Steven is an amazing doctor, competent and reassuring. With me and my husband they have been good and responsive so we elicited GP as our clinic. They take the time to discuss with the patient both diagnosis and treatment, meticulously follow up and check in on developments, by phone or email. For my kids I resolved to stick to their old pediatrician simply because he has proven excellent, but other than that I think GP really makes for the perfect family clinic. The best you can get in Jakarta for sure.

I had to take blood and do a doctor´s follow up and the doctors and nurses made me feel at ease, calm, total trust and cared for. THANK YOU SO MUCH. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed an appointment the first time seeing a Doctor since arriving in Jakarta more than a year ago. Called at 8am for an appointment and they seemed a bit reluctant to lock in a timing but invited me to come at my requested time. As a new patient the check in process was very straight forward. Followed by checking by a personable nurse of some basics, temperature, blood pressure and blood oxygen. After a short further wait saw the Doctor (Dr Viandini) she immediately apologised for any wait and started with a brief but thorough enough medical history asked for symptoms and carried out a brief examination. She was super pleasant, explained the options, did not over test given relatively mild symptoms and sent me away with some medicine which was very promptly dispensed. Very reassuring to know that this facility is available here and will certainly use again if required. Highly recommended, thought the cost of the appointment was also reasonable and according to my driver not far off what a local Indonesian would pay for a Doctor's visit.
