Di komplain memang responnya baik, tapi tidak diperbaiki untuk pelayananny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 bulan berlangganan banyak sekali hal2 yang membuat jengkel/kesal terhadap pelayanannya. Mulai dari makanan telat datang, menu yang tertinggal, atau menu yg double. Terlihat sekali karyawan tidak teliti dan tidak professional. Berkali-kali sudah saya komplain kepada adminnya, selalu ditanggepin dengan positif untuk memperbaiki. Namun keesokan harinya masih juga melakukan hal-hal yang sama. Apakah karena saya hanya cuma 1 orang dari beribu2 pelanggan mereka lalu tdk diperlakukan dengan baik dan adil?
Sangat disayangkan ketika rasa masakannya pas dilidah orang indonesia, namun pelayanannya sangatlah Buruk. kedepannya mohon untuk disiplin terhadap Waktu, sehingga tepat waktu dan tepat sasaran, tidak ada yang namanya saya harus menunggu lebih lama akibat dari kesalahan-kesalahan yg memakan waktu tsb.
4 months of subscription, lots of things that make annoying / annoying with the service. Starting from late meals, left behind menus, or double menus. It seems that employees are not thorough and unprofessional. I have complained many times to the admin, always responded positively to improve. But the next day still did the same things. Is it because I was only one person out of their thousands of customers not being treated properly and fairly?
It is unfortunate when the taste of the food fits the Indonesian tongue, but the service is very bad. In the future, please be disciplined towards time, so that it is on time and on target, there is no such thing as I have to wait longer due to these time-consuming mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak cocok untuk wilayah bsd dan yg jam makan siangnya teratur. Karena coba langganan catering rantangan untuk jam makan siang, pengantarannya setiap hari tiba stgh 2 siang. Sesekali paling cepat baru sampai jam 1 siang. Setiap 6 bulan harga per porsinya naik.
Not suitable for BSD areas and those with regular lunch hours. Because try subscribing to catering for lunch, the delivery every day arrives after 2 pm. Sometimes the fastest is only until 1 pm. Every 6 months the price per portion goes up.
