Order via simple grabfood, lots of discounts too, the shrimp menu is delicious plus the chili sauce choose raw chili paste, it is really suitable, thank you for making it easier for employees around the ivory serpong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informasi yg diberikan kurang jelas dan terkesan enggan meladeni pertanyaan customer. Tanggapan via WA lama dan tbtb sudah diblokir padahal petugas kantor sudah mau pick up pesanan.
Re: Terima kasih penjelasan dan juga tanggapannya, pun saya harap penjelasan seperti ini bisa saya dapatkan via Whatsapp jika memang request order dr kami tidak bisa dipenuhi, tidak perlu sampai turun ke review google begini karna sbg 'ex-calon customer' saya pun merasa kecewa krn digantung dgn cara DIBLOKIR tanpa adanya tanggapan dari order yang sudah dibahas via WA.
Dan jg maaf sekali jika terkesan saya tidak menghargai proses produksi katering Anda krn memang saya tidak pernah terjun langsung atau bekerja di dunia katering :)
The information provided is not clear and seems reluctant to serve customer questions. The response via WA is old and tbtb has been blocked even though the office clerk has wanted to pick up the order.
Re: Thank you for the explanation and also the response, I also hope I can get an explanation like this via Whatsapp if indeed our order request can't be fulfilled, there's no need to go down to this google review because as an 'ex-prospective customer' I feel disappointed because it was hung by being BLOCKED without a response from the order that was discussed via WA.
And I'm also very sorry if it seems that I don't appreciate your catering production process because I have never been directly involved or worked in the catering world :)
