*the service is very bad
*I have to wait 1,5 hours before I get my face cream.
*When I realized that they work not well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so complete product mostly are running out,the staff way too hurry and keep on starring at you everytime,about to choose an item on the display. One of the staff was so rude with the way she talks and explain something to me,i do not know what is her problem,look at me like i don't deserve to be at that clinic. Erha such a big company should looking forward to this kind of staff attitude,you can't make any different or choose the customer that you want to served. Has no color or social status. Only in this place i encounter such thing. The other Erha clinic was better experience.
