★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya baik, hanya saja pelayananny masih kurang memuaskan dan memadai, untuk konsultasi saja menunggu stngh jam padahal sdh dtng dr jam stngh 10 pagi, kemudian kalau mau treatment harus menunggu lg jam 1 siang, bingung saja krna biasanya di cabang natasha palembang sama natasha kediri untuk konsultasi sama perawatan paling lama nungguny cuma stngh jam langsung di panggil utk konsul dan treatment, saya tidak tau kalau di depok lebih lama, mungkin saran saya beberapa konter bisa di buka semua utk melayani pengunjung, dan therapistny mungkin lebih di banyakin jg sperti di cabang lainnya, sbenerny saya udh baca ulasan sblm pergi yg katanya antri lama dan pelayananny kurang, tp saya orgny slalu penasaran dan ingin tau sndiri, dan ksimpulanny klo ga sabaran ga bakal cocok dgn cabang natasha di depok ini, but dokternya baik ga kyk yg di bilang org2 tp ga tau ya klo utk therapistny krna ini masih ngantri :)
 The doctor is good, it's just that the service is still unsatisfactory and adequate, just waiting for an hour for consultation even though it has arrived from 10 am, then if you want treatment you have to wait again at 1 pm, just confused because usually at the natasha palembang branch and natasha kediri for consultation with treatment is the longest waiting time, only after an hour was immediately called for a consul and treatment, I don't know if it was longer in Depok, maybe my suggestion is that all counters can be opened to serve visitors, and maybe more therapists, like in other branches Actually, I've read the reviews before going, which say the queues are long and the service is lacking, but I'm always curious and want to know myself, and in conclusion, if I'm impatient, it won't match the Natasha branch in Depok, but the doctor is good, isn't it like what people say but I don't know if it's for the therapist because it's still queuing :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entah kenapa, habis perawatan facial disini, selalu bikin muka saya jerawatan yaa. Yg skrg tuh parah bgt. Jerawatnya buanyakk.. sebelum perawatan padahal gak ada jerawat. Eeh setelah facial malah buanyak jerawat~~
Padahal udah menguras isi dompet 1 jutaan boo'.
Bukannya bagus nih muka, malah ancur -___-
For some reason, after the facial treatment here, it always makes my face breakout. Right now it's really bad. I have a lot of acne... before the treatment even though I don't have any acne. Eeh, after facial, there are a lot of pimples~~
Even though it has drained the contents of the wallet 1 million boo'.
It's not a good face, it's even ruined -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entah klinik apalah begini ya. Setelah kita keluar uang jutaan. Setiap mau perawatan, menunggu 2 sampai 3 jam, dan pada saat nomor antrian dipanggil, dibilang untuk hariini sudah penuh. Whaaattt????? Kita buang waktu 2 sampai 3 jam hanya untuk mendengar, maaf sudah penuh, kami tidak punya cukup therapist, kami tutup jam setengah 5, kalo kami bilang tutup jam 6 sore itu hanya utk pembelian cream. WOW... Kejadian ini sudah saya alamai sampai 5x dan tetap tidak ada perbaikan. Saya merasa tidak dimanusiakan di klinik ini. Luar biasa apa yaaa yg pantas dibilang... Luar biasa brengsek barangkali.... Nunggu antrian 2 sampai 3 jam, nomor anda dipanggil dan bilang, maaf sudah tidak bisa perawatan. Bayangkan sajalah.. I have no clue.
I don't know what kind of clinic this is. After we spend millions. Every time I want treatment, I wait 2 to 3 hours, and when the queue number is called, it's said to be full for the day. Waaattt????? We waste 2 to 3 hours just to listen, sorry it's full, we don't have enough therapists, we close at half past 5, if we say close at 6 pm it's only for buying cream. WOW... I have experienced this incident 5 times and still no improvement. I feel dehumanized in this clinic. What an extraordinary thing that deserves to be said... Extraordinary asshole maybe.... Waiting for a queue of 2 to 3 hours, your number is called and says, sorry it can't be treated. Just imagine.. I have no clue.
