★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever customer service you can find on Earth. They just don't respect their customers whether business or economy or whatever. After calling for half an hour,they just picked up the handset and put it beside the phone. I can hear them talking and joking and no one,absolutely no one cared to pick up and talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been calling every phone number listed online for Emirates Airline in Jakarta and Surabaya (including the ones at the airports) for a few days now and no one ever picked up. The office is supposedly open on weekdays from 8.30 and currently the time is 9.30 on a Monday and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. How are they having flights from Indonesia if none of the office can be reached for help??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call to reschedule my flight, they finally picked up after several attempts. They did the check for sooo long and still progressing even after 30 minutes :(
Update 14 Jan 2021: Their office is currently closed, yet their call centre only says that their office is closed and customer should reach the website for assistance. Really? What kind of customer service is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently flight on August, it was my first flight with emirates and I can consider it the last too I lost one of my luggages I have informed in the airport and kept to contact them by calling and emails but unfortunately I am so dissatisfied with the services , One month later they asked me to write down all my stuff details to get appropriate compensation yet two weeks later they replied that they are sorry and they are not responsible for losing my luggage I am really disappointed I truly not recommend this airlines services
