★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Submit visa (get the line number) open from 8.30am till 12pm. The waiting tine is bot too long like other embassy because the system very effective. Pickup passport ooen from 1.30 pm until 3pm.
Parking space is available in Plaza Indonesia extension.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fastest service i've ever had! I came here to get my visa. To you that want to do the same, I got some tips for you.
1. Prepare your documents (anything) especially the photocopy one, in A4 size. It is very clear that all of documents must have A4 size. If you don't, you need to copy it again and it will take more time. The nearest photocopy shop there opens at 10am so please prepare.
2. Come earlier as I did. The queue is long enough.
3. Don't forget bring the ID (KTP) RIGHT IN YOUR HAND, not in your pocket, before you go into this building. Your ID need to be given to security to enter this building.
4. After you get to the VISA front desk room, you need to take queue number that you will get after push a button there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to apply/register visa using my epassport. I printed the form at home but turns out they provide the form and other additional form (Corona questionaire).
Done the registration by 11 am and was told to come back the day after to get the passport, very efficient process, and it's free.
Note that I am using my epassport and I register for myself only. I saw some people registering for their colleagues and got rejected (maybe it's corona related, idk)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently at the Japanese embassy, all the security up till the counter point experience was good. Expected from a Japanese pace of working. However at the counter 2A at 9.40am, the lady who serve with a shoulder length straight hair, I think she might be having PMS or issues. Please management help her and comfort her. She just made it so difficult for me to just submit and complicate things. Why? She needs to be professional attending work with no personal attachments on visitors. Bringing such a bad name for Japanese embassy. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here earlier today to get my transit visa. Everything was so orderly and efficient, reflecting the Japanese culture. I didn't have to wait for long before called into the booth. It was a fairly simple process and the officer was very polite. Told me to pick up the visa next week on Wednesday. Do me a favor, if you need to get a Japanese visa, do it yourself. No need to use agent's service. It's a very straightforward service and you'll be in and out in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service with limited waiting space. The staffs are well trained and almost all information you need are posted. Suitable if you want to search information before visiting Japan. Please prepare proper waiting area before entering the embassy (before office hours). No chairs are okay but at least you have some roof for sun shading.
