There are some flavpurs for the soup but my favorite always the shark bone collagen soup..
As an appetizer I used to order crispy skin fish, cold cucumber, 7 spices tofu and crispy prawn..
The service is excellent .. a modern amd cozy restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly open chinese hotpot stlye at PIK, their first outlet was at Plaza Indonesia (cmiiw).
Their food was great, everyone need to order their personal size soup, unlike the other that has huge hotpot soup in the middle of table. This personal style hotpot made the taste of soup really great, so thick and delicious, but when you refill it, the taste will be tasteless.
Other than that was fine. The interior is good, the service is really fast like in 10 minutes my table already full.
For the price it is not really cheap, but still worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love Eight Treasures! Even though the menu here in PIK is slight different from the one in Pacific Place, but the taste and atmosphere are the same. Too bad some menu are out of stock when we came in Sunday afternoon. But overall it's a great lunch experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find parking, eventhough not in the rush hour (we eat at 2 pm)
The pot is not sharing anymore due to covid protocol, so the experience is similar as home cooked hot pot
If any person didnt order the pot, there will be additional charge
The presentation of beef is bland, not as promoted with dry ice
The drink options is too limited, especially the chinese tea only have 2 options, jasmine or oolong
The food served quick, it only took 10 minutes to get everything on table
There is free dessert, mini sorbet in shot glass taste like lime soda
Got mosquito bites and there are flies, seriously how come the sanitation level for this premium hotpot has dropped so far, compared to pacific place branch
Its like eating in second rate hotpot restaurant with extravagant price, not really recommended if you bring guest for important meeting
Hopefully the hygiene and price term could be improved, otherwise there are more competitor in vicinity (PIK is dense with chinese food and segmented customer) that have better offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot pot restaurant for high level customer segment. Price for meat was higher compared to other similar resto.
Good hot mala soup due not salty, and meats and vegetable served are similar to other.
But if we calculated its price to SGD, it might be equal price to some hot pot restaurant at Singapore.
Mala soup as starter Rp 88.000++ for each person.
1 bowl vegetable combination Rp 138.000++
Pork collar Rp 208.000++
Prime short ribs Rp 228.000++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've come here for dinner. Food presentation was great. The broth served in personal hot pot. The waiters quite attentive in terms of pouring additional broth. I like the mala/spicy broth. You can also request the waiters to mix the dipping sauce for you. They make the best.

Couple of things that can be improved in my opinion is, the usher lady can be a little more enthusiast in welcoming guests. Also I have the impression that all the waitresses seems to be anxious when the time already reach closing time, they seems to be busy preparing to close even when there're still guests dining. By doing so making guests uncomfortable.
