Mala soup - just because of a tiny sprinkle of dried chillies and peppercorns and one can call that mala soup?
The highly praised pork bone soup - hmmm, good by Crown Golf standard maybe.
Food items - tiny portion of sliced meats, porky-smell dumplings, the most un-delicious fried fish skin (baffles me how could they go wrong on this no brainer dish), straight from the pasar beancurd skin roll (no value add, no refry), don't even need to soak 5 secs as recommended, even 1 sec dip and it's all soggy-ish.
Btw, fish skin ordered because the menu choices are so limited, schoolboy hotpot if u know what i mean.
And how can Chinese hotpot menu go without lamb and innards selection?
Service - only 2 staff (Peak Hour 6-8pm) and they cameo as front desk, cashier, waiter, soup refiller, sauces condiment desk refiller. Tell me bout service level.

Mala and Porkbone soup taste really good. kids love it.
Some food are not fresh. such as the dori fish. it came out really frozen but once it cooked it taste awefull and smelly.
