★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to hangout and wait for traffic to ease up. Unfortunately it closes early at 11pm even on weekends. Parking is quite easy to find and the service is good. The place is almost always packed but they have three stories so there should be no problem finding free seats.

Usually very crowded especially on saturday night.
Can be improved compared to other starbucks, but barista are all okay and order are prepared swiftly

I was arranging my lunch box (which I don't eat) in the store, and just after a second, the staff came up to me saying that I'm not supposed to eat my food here (I did not even hold any eating utensils).
Also, I bought Hazelnut Almondmilk Latte with my buy 1 get 1 app reward (I'm a loyal customer at Starbucks) - but the cashier still charge me with "almond milk add ons" ??????? The staff reluctantly explain (I can hear her 'sigh') that only 'the drink' are free, but the menu is "Hazelnut Almondmilk Latte" come on?!?!! Fyi, I ended up paying 95k just for a single cup (with buy 1 get 1 app reward).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A finely located Starbucks establishment in Pantai Indah Kapuk. The building looks rather boxy from the outside placed on the corner at the end of a shopping strip.
Two storeys, complete with smoking area. Great place for meet ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Starbucks outlet in PIK area (northern part of Jakarta). Big outlet 3 storey, lovely stuff, and nice outlet design. Full AC, and also have smoking place. I think don't need to review about the food and beverages again on Starbucks, hahahahah. One thing, they also provide lots of Starbucks Merchandise.
