โ โ โ โ โ udah 2 minggu mau kirim paket setiap chat selalu ditanya "ada yg bisa dibantu?", setelah dijelaskan mau kirim paket ga ada dibalas lg. padahal hampir tiap hari tanya, serem klo sampai ada masalah solusinya cuma "ada yg bisa dibantu?"
It's been 2 weeks I want to send a package, every chat is always asked "Is there anything I can help with?", after explaining that I want to send a package there is no reply. even though almost every day they ask questions, it's scary if there is a problem the solution is only "Is there anything I can help with?"

Tiap di tanya ke cs atau marketingnya..jawabannya selalu "kita coba cek" tpi sdh itu diem ga ada update..

โ โ โ โ โ Guys jangan percaya komen2 positif di review, itu karyawan sendiri mrk suruh bantu review, KAPOK pake east express! Barang saya ketahan sudah berbulan2 dr sebelum lebaran belum keluar. Tiap ditanya cuman jawab, kalo ada estimasi baru diinfo. Ga pake otak. Jawabnya pun sama terus. KECEWA sangat ya allah! Harusnya bukan east express. Gada expressnya ckck. Dan banyak kok cargo lain lebih bagus pelayanannya dan harga pun lebih bersahabat!!
Guys, don't believe the positive comments in the reviews, the employees themselves asked them to help with the review, KAPOK use east express! My goods have been holding for months since before Lebaran has not come out. Every time they are asked, they only answer, if there is a new estimate, they will be informed. No brain.
