★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah, tidak professional.. tmpt nya panas AC rusak dan krg dingin lampu di fitting room juga rusak jd gelap, tempat nya sempit krg nyaman dan berantakan.
Tidak worth it harga yg di berikan dengan pelayanan nya tidak sebanding.. saya ada sewa baju yg harganya lbh murah tp pelayanan nya lebih bagus dari ini..
Kecewa, 2x ksni minum aja ngga di kasih pdhal sewa baju harganya ngga murah
Service is not friendly, unprofessional ... the air conditioner is hot and cold, the light in the room fitting is also broken so it is dark, the place is cramped, comfortable and messy.
Not worth it, the price that is given with the service is not comparable ... I have renting clothes that are cheaper but the service is better than this ...
Disappointed, we don't give us 2x drinks when renting clothes, the price is not cheap

Sebenarnya saya tidak mau memberi review buruk seperti ini jika ada itikad baik. Namun, saya di rendahkan dan di blokir oleh COUTIER, HANYA karena saya ingin memilih bahan untuk gaun yang saya CUSTOM. Ya, saya CUSTOM, BUKAN sewa jadi. Tentu saya punya hak untuk pilih bahan untuk gaun saya, seperti motif, warna, kelembutan bahan, dll. Perlu digarisbawahi, saya sudah lebih dari 10x custom gaun dengan designer2 lain. Selalu sama prosedurnya, dimana saya berhak memilih kain untuk gaun saya.
Lucunya, di COUTIER ini, saya harus menunggu balasan chat berhari2, harus chat berkali2, telpon berkali2 untuk meminta pilihan bahan. Sayangnya ttp tidak ada respons. Karena kesal, saya blg akan chat di IG COURTIER THE untuk meminta response dengan harapan akan mendapat balasan. Ternyata benar, cara ini berhasil menarik perhatian admin/designer untuk membalas setelah berhari2 saya tidak di response.
Singkat cerita, saya cuman dikirim foto low res untuk pilihan kainnya. Ketika saya minta pilihan lain, admin/designer mengatakan "cuman dua itu aja". Bahkan sampai keluar kalimat ‘kain kita yang atur. Pasti bagus’. Tentu hal ini tidak elok untuk klien CUSTOM. Saya bayar lebih mahal agar bisa mewujudkan gaun impian saya. Tp kenapa saya tidak bole memilih? Akhirnya saya meminta untuk berbicara atau kontak designernya langsung karna yang membalas mengaku hanyalah admin. Namun hal ini pun ditolak. Saya masih berusaha untuk membuat appointment ketemuan lgsg dengan designer, walau rumah saya jauh, saya ttp bersedia.. namun juga di tolak dan tidak di respond
Sungguh ini bukan kali pertamanya saya custom gaun.. tidak pernah sbelum2nya saya mengalami hal ini, dimana klien custom tidak boleh memilih yang lain dan berserah kepada designer.
Perlu saya jelaskan juga, admin/owner yang membalas chat jga sangat tidak sopan, dengan berkata
"YA TUHAN”
"YANG BIKIN GAUN 50JT AJA GA BEGINI"
Apakah pantas designer/owner/admin merendahkan orang seperti ini? Saya hanya meminta hak saya untuk memilih bahan untuk gaun impian saya..
Saya pernah buat gaun dibawah harga COUTIER THE, pelayanannya jauh lebih baik, saya bsa pilih bahan, designernya ramah, saya bsa berdiskusi model dll.
Saya juga pernah buat gaun diatas 70juta, dimana designer ini sdh terkenal seantero nusantara. Designer yang jauh lebih terkenal saja bersedia bertemu langsung dengan saya kliennya dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik.
Sekali lg saya tanya, APA PANTAS COUTIER THE MERENDAHKAN KLIENNYA SEPERTI INI?
Karena saya sudah sangat kecewa, akhirnya saya meminta refund dengan potongan 1juta rupiah. Belum selesai saya berbicara, WA saya di blokir oleh admin/designer/owner ini. Ini pertama kalinya saya di blokir.. saya sampai speechless..
Saya harap review ini dapat membantu teman2 yang hendak custom di COUTIER THE.

[WORST 'CUSTOM GOWN' SERVICE]
Actually I don't want to give a bad review like this if there is good faith. However, I was humbled and blocked by COUTIER, ONLY because I wanted to choose a material for a dress that I CUSTOM. Yes, I am CUSTOM, NOT a finished lease. Of course I have the right to choose the material for my dress, such as the pattern, color, softness of the material, etc. It should be highlighted, I have more than 10x custom dresses with other designers. It's always the same procedure, where I have the right to choose the fabric for my dress.
The funny thing is, in this COUTIER, I have to wait for a chat reply for days, have to chat many times, call many times to ask for material choices. Unfortunately there was no response. Because I am annoyed, I will not chat on IG COURTIER THE to ask for a response in the hope that I will get a reply. It was true, this method managed to attract the attention of the admin / designer to reply after days of not responding to me.
Long story short, I only sent low res photos for the choice of fabric. When I asked for another option, the admin / designer said "only two of them". It even came out the sentence 'our cloth was arranged. It must be good '. Of course this is not good for CUSTOM clients. I pay more so I can make my dream dress come true. But why can't I choose? Finally, I asked to speak or contact the designer directly because the one who replied admitted that he was only the admin. However, this too was rejected. I'm still trying to make lgsg meeting appointments with designers, even though my house is far away, I'm still willing ... but also rejected and not responded to
Really this is not the first time I have custom dresses .. I have never experienced this before, where custom clients are not allowed to choose something else and leave it to the designer.
I also need to explain, the admin / owner who replies to chat is also very rude, by saying
"OH, MY GOD"
"WHICH MAKES A 50JT DRESSING ONLY GA BEGINI"
Is it appropriate for the designer / owner / admin to look down on people like this? I only ask for my right to choose the material for my dream dress ..
I have made dresses below the price of THE COUTIER, the service is much better, I can choose the material, the designer is friendly, I can discuss models etc.
I've also made dresses over 70 million, where this designer is well known throughout the archipelago. A designer who is much more famous is willing to meet my clients face-to-face and provide the best service.
Once again I asked, WHAT DOES THE COUTIER DECLARE THE CLIENT LIKE THIS?
Because I was very disappointed, I finally asked for a refund with a cut of 1 million rupiah. I haven't finished talking yet, my WA was blocked by this admin / designer / owner. This is my first time being blocked .. I am speechless ..
