★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, barang lama nyampenya. Setelah kirim barang pun csnya jawab kayak ngga niat, lama balesnya. Untung akhirnya tiba juga semuanya stlh sekitar 2 bulan, pas sampe ada barang hilang, ajuin klaim uda dari 2 bulan lalu sampai sekarang pun dichat gak ada dibalas, haha. Very bad experience, sorry but I wont be using your service again, daripada bikin stres & cemas.. Please improve your customer service! Kalo kayak gitu terus customer akan kabur lho
Bad service, old goods arrived. Even after sending the goods, the cs answered like they didn't mean to, it took a long time to reply. Luckily, everything finally arrived after about 2 months, when something was lost, I submitted a claim 2 months ago until now, even though I chatted with no reply, haha. Very bad experience, sorry but I wont be using your service again, instead of stressing & worrying.. Please improve your customer service! If that's the case, the customer will run away, you know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seumur2 pakai jasa import, ini yg paling LAMA dan JELEK pelayananya!!! Barang sampai tidak sesuai dengan schedule yang dijanjikan, bahkan saya pilih pengiriman yang lebih mahal supaya lebih cepat teryata ZONK, tidak sesuai janji, adminya susah dicari dan responya SANGAT LAMBAT padahal status selalu online. Harus diteror baru ada jawaban. Websitenya pun kyknya percuma deh ga guna tidak diupdate (padahal katanya setiap ada perubahan lokasi barang akan di email tapi teryt ga ada email update brg sudah sampai dimana).
Kalo ga sabar2 amat mah jangan deh pake ini forwarder, biayanya jg ga murah2 amat dengan service yg segitu parahnya. Sorry ga rekomen dan sudah saya blacklist ga akan pernah saya pakai lagi!
For all my life using import services, this is the OLDEST and WORST service!!! The goods arrived not according to the promised schedule, I even chose a more expensive delivery so that it turned out to be ZONK faster, not as promised, the admin is hard to find and the response is VERY SLOW even though the status is always online. You have to be terrorized before there is an answer. Even the website seems useless, it's useless not updating (even though it says that every time there is a change in the location of the item, it will be emailed but there is no email where the update has arrived).
If you're not very patient, don't use this forwarder, the cost isn't very cheap with such bad service. Sorry, I don't recommend it and I've been blacklisted, I'll never use it again!

karena kualitas dan tipenya yang enak dipandang membuat para customer senang dan ketagihan.
The case that was ordered from China didn't crack because it was wrapped well so when it was sold again, it had a high price
because the quality and type that is pleasing to the eye makes customers happy and addicted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marketing nya kalau mau masuk barang fast respon, eh tapi ketika barang udah lebih estimasi ga nyampe2, langsung menghilang marketing nya , di chat ga pernah di jawab, ga ada kejelasan juga. Kalau Telat tapi tetep jaga kontek gpp pak kita juga bisa ngerti, tapi ini sih udah telat, terus marketing menghilang, ga ada kejelasan barang pula.

di awal perjanjian tarifnya per cbm, tiba2 disaat barang sampai jakarta, dicharge tambahan biaya yang mencapai setengah biaya cbm karena barang berat. plusnya, customer servicenya ramah, hanya saja tidak dikomunikasikan secara lengkap dr awal. harusnya clear. jadi gada miskom. barang dah sampai indo baru dicharge tambahan biaya
Delivery promise 30 days, arrived almost 2 months.
At the beginning of the agreement the tariff was per CBM, suddenly when the goods arrived in Jakarta, an additional fee that reached half the cost of CBM was charged because the goods were heavy. plus, the customer service is friendly, it's just that it wasn't fully communicated from the start. should be clear. so mace miskom. the item has arrived in indo, it has just been charged an additional fee
