★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan arahan security sebelum transaksi, transaksi saya nilai nya sih sedikit dibawah 20jt tapi slip setorannya lumayan banyak, tetep diarahkan ke transaksi melalui mesin star, dengan teller hanya 1 dan antrian lumayan, sementara transaksi di teler lain tdk mengantri, saran saya jika meski transaksi dibawah 50jt bahkan dibawah 20jt namun slip setoran diatas 5 dapat diarahkan ke teler reguler supaya tidak antri lama, nah ini mau setor saja harus ber jam2, sungguh setor dengan mesin star tidak efektif, mungkin efektif untuk transaksi yg hanya 1 atau 2 tp untuk transaksi lebih dr 5 tdk efektif sama sekali dan seharusnya yg mengarahkan juga tahu. Very disappointed with the security direction before the transaction, my transaction value is still slightly below 20 million but the deposit slip is quite a lot, but it is directed to the transaction through a star machine, with only 1 teller and a decent queue, while transactions at other banks are not queuing, my advice if even though transactions under 50 million or even under 20 million but deposit slips above 5 can be directed to a regular jazzy so that it does not queue for long, well this wants to deposit only for hours, really deposit with an ineffective star machine, may be effective for transactions that are only 1 or 2 tp for transactions more than 5 is not effective at all and that should direct also know. Oh god, the queue at the teller is really long, almost 3 hours in line, the one called queue A is always me B, even though the most people are waiting in line B, why weren't they called?"
