★ ★ ★ ★ ★ melakukan pcr Swab test 24 jam, tapi setelah 24 jam tidak ada hasilnya. di telepon untuk menanyakan , tidak ada jawaban. di WA setelah tiga jam tidak dibalas. kalau ada pilihan, saya pilih NOL star
did a 24-hour PCR Swab test, but after 24 hours there was no result. on the phone to ask , no answer. on WA after three hours of no reply. If there is a choice, I choose ZERO star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan. Sangat lama dan customer service tidak respon sama sekali. Coba test PCR di salah 1 cabang, infonya 1x24 jam sudah keluar hasil bla bla bla..sudah terhubung dengan peduli lindungi bla bla bla..Omdo aja! Kenyataannya ya tidak seperti itu. Servicenya kalah jauh dibanding lab lain yang sesuai janji. Sudah sempat baca review2 orang, saya kira sudah ada perbaikan, ternyata masih aja buruk. Cukup sekali ini aja dah.
Very disappointing service. Very long and customer service does not respond at all. Try the PCR test at one of the branches, the info is 1x24 hours and the results are out bla bla bla.. it's connected to care and protect bla bla bla.. Omdo! In fact, it's not like that. The service is far less than other labs as promised. I've had time to read people's reviews, I thought there had been improvements, but it's still bad. Just this once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test PCR 24 jam hsilnya tidak dikirim juga padahal menurut petugas akan dikirim via WA tapi sudah lebih 24 jam tidak ada info. Di WA ke nomor healthway terdaftar tidak ada jawaban. Pelayanan yang payah
The 24-hour PCR test results were not sent even though according to the officer it would be sent via WA but it has been more than 24 hours and there is no info. In WA to the registered healthway number there is no answer. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapid antigen tgl 1 feb 2022 sktar jam 15:00, hasil baru keluar jam 15:54 itupun karena di follow up komplain ke Whatsapp nya. Namun sampai hari ini tgl 2 feb 2022 jam 09:46 di app peduli lindungi belum muncul juga, gile dah mau kedaluarsa antigennya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Healthway Drive-Thru Covid 19 Test Centre Alam Sutra is located at the parking area of Mall Alam Sutera. The service both for drive-thru (car) or also walk-in.
The appointment can find at Halodoc application or just direct visit to this center. The price is reasonable and service is good.
