★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk orang baru sebaiknya pesan via telp aja dulu, karena ga ada nomor antrian disini jadi agak bingung kalo ga pesan dulu via telp. Bu Dokternya super ramaaah banget, enak untuk konsultasi.
For new people, you should just order via phone first, because there is no queue number here, so it's a bit confused if you don't order via phone first. The doctor is super friendly, good for consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya kontrol di RSI Harapan Anda. Kali ini mencoba kontrol di tempat prakti dr. Lisnur di Jl. KS. Tubun Kota Tegal. Di RSI reservasi antrean bisa melalui telpon. Di tempat praktik, antrean berdasarkan siapa yang datang lebih dulu. Rasanya antre di tempat praktik lebih lama dibanding antre di RSI.
Usually control in your Hope RSI. This time trying to control at the practical dr. Lisnur on Jl. KS. Tubun City of Tegal. At RSI queue reservations can be made by telephone. In practice, the queue is based on who comes first. It feels like queuing at the practice is longer than queuing at the RSI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum bu dokter yang terhormat,, mohon maaf jika saya lancang,, saya hanya ingin menyampaikan kekecewaan saya beberapa hari lalu ketika saya mencoba konsultasi mengenai promil di klinik ibu, mungkin bagi ibu biasa,tp bagi saya yg sedang sangat mengharapkan buah hati dan ingin berkonsultasi dengan nyaman dan jelas itu sangat mengecewakan.. dimana ketika saya blm paham dengan apa yg disampaikan bu dokter tp ibu seakan² menyalahkan saya dengan mengatakan bahwa saya tidak memperhatikan ibu berbicara,dengan nada yg agak tinggi,,padahal saya sangat memperhatikan tp memang saya kurang faham,bahkan ketika saya bertanya pun ibu menjawab dengan nada yg seakan² menghakimi ketidaktahuan saya...padahal saya memang sangat awam mengenai hal tersebut. dan akhirnya bu dokter malah meminta saya segera membayar administrasi seakan² agar saya cepat keluar dr ruangan. dan saya merasa sangat kapok berkonsultasi kembali kepada ibu..
pesan ini tidak saya maksudkan apa²,hanya ingin menyampaikan unek²,dan agar ibu dokter bisa lebih menghargai pasien yg mungkin sudah lelah berusaha.. semoga bu dokter diberi kesehatan lahir batin?
Assalamualaikum, dear doctor, I'm sorry if I'm presumptuous, I just want to convey my disappointment a few days ago when I tried to consult about promil at your mother's clinic, maybe for ordinary mothers, but for me who is really expecting a baby and wants to consult comfortably and clearly it was very disappointing.. where when I didn't understand what the doctor said but the mother seemed to blame me by saying that I didn't pay attention to the mother speaking, in a rather high tone,, even though I really paid attention but I didn't really understand , even when I asked my mother answered in a tone that seemed to judge my ignorance... even though I am very layman about this. and finally the doctor even asked me to immediately pay the administration as if to get me out of the room quickly. and I feel very tired of consulting back to the mother..
I don't mean anything about this message, I just want to convey my feelings, and so that the doctor can be more appreciative of the patient who may be tired of trying... hopefully the doctor will be given physical and spiritual health ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur, baru pertama ke klinik dr. Lisnur. Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, buat konsultasi enak, penjelasannya mudah dipahami. Kalau pasiennya kurang paham dan tdk tahu mimik dan cara penyampaiannya, pasti byk yg slah tangkap trs bilang dokternya judes atau galak, tp aslinya baik bgt. Serius the best banget. Sangat membantu kami.
Honestly, this is my first time to dr. lisnur. The place is clean, comfortable, for good consultation, the explanation is easy to understand. If the patient doesn't understand and doesn't know the expression and how to convey it, surely many have caught it wrong and say the doctor is rude or fierce, but the original is really good. Seriously the very best. Very helpful for us.
