Satpam atas nama pak riyanto menurut saya jauh dari kata ramah dan sopan
Sudah antri lama duduk di luar ruangan lantas di panggil selepas masuk di suruh keluar dgn alasan tutup
Banyak nomor antrian aneh 1 nomor ada 3 orang ditanya baik baik kenapa begitu malah jawaban nya tidak menyenangkan
Untuk antri di luar ok saya maklumi mungkin karna pandemi tetapi kalau untuk pelayanan satpam tidak ramah dll susah di maklumi..
Tolong tingkatkan kembali cara pelayanannya..
Mau buka blokir saja sudah dari jam 7 pagi jam 11 di suruh mask baru duduk 3 menitan langsung di suruh keluar dgn alasan tutup
Kasian lah nasabah yg sudah tua tua kaya tadi sudah masuk bank ngadem tuh ya duduk di dalem langsung suruh keluar ?
Nasabah jg punya hak mau seberapapun jumlah uang nya di rekening

Tapi sangat disayangkan ada satpam BRI bahari yg se enak nya atas nama riyanto
1. Kalau memang harus sesuai antrian kenapa 1 nomor antrian bisa 2 nasabah berbeda
Pertama masuk beda orang dgn antrin CS 11 lntas selang 1 jam berbeda orang lagi tanpa antri langsung bilang saya pagi dftr no 11 lantas di beri no cs 11
Bukan nya seperti itu memperlambat dan kasihan nasabah lainnya??9
2. Satpam terlalu sombong atas nama riyanto.. berbeda jauh dengan pelayanan satpam BRI UNIT LAIN NYA DI TEGAL
3. Antrian sudah telat lama 1 jam disuruh masuk hanya bermodal bilang saya antri dri pagi.. itu unik sebab dgn ada nya batasan jumlah nasabah di BRI ini menurut saya ini gak efisien.. nasabah baru yg mau dftr di tolak dgn alasan tutup penu tapi nasabah yg kata nya sdh dftr dri pagi pdhl telat 1 jam di suruh masuk..
Tolong di perbaiki kembli tataan nya..
