★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali kesini, dan aku baru tau kalo disini sistim usg nya cepet bgt lantaran antrean panjang atau gimana gak tau . Sbenarnya kurang puas karna kurang nyaman kurang leluasa buat nanya banyak" krna waktu sangat singkat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang maksimal... Pemberitahuan yang kurang dari perawat... Saya nunggu dari jam setengah 5 sore sampe jam 8 blom juga dipanggil.... Kalo emang buka praktiknya di mulai abis maghrib harusnya diberitahukan dulu... Jadi gk nungguin kaya gini....
The service is not optimal... The notification is not enough from the nurse... I waited from half past 5 pm until 8 pm I was also not called.... If the practice is really open, it starts after sunset, I should have notified it first... So don't wait like this ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali nyobain cek kandungan disini, untuk pelayanan antrian semoga selanjutnya bisa di modernisasi pakai sistem online, untuk pemeriksaannya saya merasa sangat puas, Dokternya menjelaskan dengan sangat detail, teliti dan mau menjelaskan semuanya bahkan sebelum ditanya, dan yang paling saya suka dokternya ramah sekali menjawab segala pertanyaan dari saya dan suami.
First time trying to check the content here, for the queue service, hopefully it can be modernized using the online system, for the examination I feel very satisfied, the doctor explains in great detail, is thorough and wants to explain everything even before being asked, and what I like the most is the doctor is very friendly in answering all questions from me and my husband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik pilihan dari awal periksa kehamilan sampai melahirkan. Pelayanan sangat ramah dan proses administrasi juga cepat.
Walaupun ada 1 suster yg kalau aku nanya2 agak jutek? pdhl apa salahnya yaa bumil bertanya krn cemas? tapi dia juga baik ko pas aku mau operasi berusaha nenangin krn aku diem aja stlh tau hrs operasi hari itu juga. Mungkin ngeliat aku yg tadinya ceria nanyain keadaan baby tiba2 diem aja mikirin mau operasi gmn rasanya jadi dia jadi perhatian ? dan sigap jg tiap minta bantuan dari awal datang sampai pulang.
Ada 1 suster juga yg ramah bgt suka berbagi cerita walaupun sebentar2 krn waktu mungkin tp gtw siapa namanya krn waktu itu lg ada corona jadi pada pake masker semua. Beliau yg bantu cabut selang dan memakaikan keperluan setelah melahirkan.
Terimakasih pak jaenudin dan team. Sehat selalu buat kalian ?

Tanggal 30 november mondok pematangan paru debay selama 2 hari dan tanggal 02 Desember reSC anak ke2. Alhamdulillah diberikan pelayanan yang sangat baik dan nyaman.
Menu makanannya juga enak dan fresh. Paling suka sama udang tepung?
Kali ini tidak ada yang jutek-jutek wkwkwk dan perawat yang aku sebutin di atas baik dan ramah juga. Mungkin dulu lagi banyak kerjaan atau aku yang terlalu baper ? dan sekarang aku udah tau namanya??
...
Dan pas rawat inap kemaren suka sekali dengan mba2 yang jemput pas pulang dari RS dan ngajarin aku jalan. Beliau ramah dan sabar sekali. Tapi gatau siapa namanya hehe... tapi dia sering bolak balik ngecek ke kamar. Kalo mbanya baca "terimakasih yaa.. sehat selalu mba??"
Yaa... begitulah sedikit cerita dari pengalaman aku rawat inap di klinik Ananda semoga bermanfaat untuk yang ingin tahu?
Sekali lagi terimakasih untuk pak jaenudin dan rekan2 yang sudah membantu semua prosesnya selama di klinik. Semoga makin sukses dan sehat selalu?

Even though there is 1 nurse who when I ask questions is a bit squeamish? but what's wrong with pregnant women asking because they're worried? but she's also good when I want to have surgery trying to calm me down because I just stay quiet after knowing I have to have surgery that day. Maybe seeing me, who was happy asking about the baby's condition, suddenly kept quiet, thinking about going to surgery, how does it feel to be so caring and also alert every time I ask for help from the first time I come to the house.
There is also 1 nurse who is very friendly and likes to share stories, even if it takes time, maybe but what's her name, because at that time there was Corona, so everyone wore masks. He helped pull out the tube and put on the necessities after giving birth.

On November 30, Debay's lung maturation took place for 2 days and on December 2, the 2nd child reSC. Alhamdulillah given a very good and comfortable service.

And when I was hospitalized yesterday, I really liked the ladies who picked me up when I got home from the hospital and taught me to walk. He is friendly and very patient. But I don't know what his name is hehe... but he often goes back and forth to check the room. If the mother reads "thank you... you are always healthy, Ms. ??"
