★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to request or manage your administration (Passpor, Tax, Driving License, etc) especially in Immigration Booth, their response was good and fast. With new update of SIMKIM 2 (Sistem Informasi Keimigrasian) online passpor queue) make it more efficient. But it takes more time to process the passpor, cause Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) is under South Jakarta Immigration Office (Kanim Jaksel)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite good for extending process for your passport. Mal Pelayanan Publik DKI Jakarta was very helping since you don't need to go to immigration straight away to avoid crowd. You need to wait for approximately 5 working days to get your Passport and 3 weeks until one month to get your E-passport ? (but actually they can't make sure/can't guarantee it the E-passport will get done quickly ?) so I decided to get Passport (not E-passport) due to the deadline I had.

Just ask him/her what kind of service you needed, and you will get your queue number. The quality of the service is fairly good. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice modern building functioning like mall where all government public service located in one place.. but with limited service of course not all service can acessed here.. the first impression is the sweet charming customer relation officer in front of the door welcoming all guest with smile and kind. They are equiped with good knowledge to guide you solve what you need. Well done. The interior are minimalist modern with friendly seating for you waiting turn to be served. There are many floors which you can accessed through the lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, good, and fast all in one government public service. Can handle all kind of permit including passport, BPJS and SIM. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting room is very comfortable and spacious with comfort sofa. The service is really fast. Very recommended to take care all kind of permits here.
