 There are 3 teller tables, only 1 person works. Even though there are 5 people. The rest is playing mobile and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berada di gedung yang bagus dan bersih. Di gedung yang sama juga ada Mal Pelayan Publik. Bersebelahan dengan hotel Westin di area Epicentrum.
Being in a nice and clean building. In the same building there is also a Public Waiting Mall. Next door to the Westin hotel in the Epicentrum area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa ngajuin deposito disini. Ajukan untuk 6 bulan, oleh pihak bank dibuat untuk tenggang 1 bulan. Katanya mau bertanggung jawab akan memperbaiki dan mengirimkan bukti deposito ke alamat saya. Tetapi ternyata saya diminta untuk mencairkan dulu, dan buka baru, harus ke bank lagi. Tidak sesuai kesepakatan awal. Untuk orang yang susah kabur dr kantor di jam kerja, ini sangat memberatkan. Mohon tindak lanjutnya agar tidak merugikan nasabah. Kalau nawarin hutang bisa tuh datengin ke kantor...knapa kalo urusan gini bilangnya ga ada petugas?
I am disappointed to have a deposit here. Apply for 6 months, the bank is made for a 1-month grace period. He said he would be responsible for repairing and sending proof of deposit to my address. But apparently I was asked to disburse first, and open a new one, I had to go to the bank again. Not according to the initial agreement. For people who are difficult to escape from office during working hours, this is very burdensome. Please follow up so as not to harm customers. If I offer a debt, can I go to the office ... why if this is the case, does it say there is no official?

Tidak ada info dilayar yg menyatakan rusak/tidak bisa digunakan.
Saran saja,agar ditambah ATM2 lain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung Bank DKI yang tinggi dan besar. Tempatnya bersih. Ada tempat untuk parkiran mobil yang berada di depan Bank ini.
Selain itu, akses untuk menuju Bank ini mudah dijangkau.
The tall and large DKI Bank building. The place is clean. There is a place for car parking in front of this bank.
In addition, access to the Bank is easily accessible.
